🚛💦 Paid $60 for a wash on my 26-foot box truck, and honestly… total disappointment. It went in dirty and came out pretty much the same. 😤 Looked like they just rinsed it off and called it a day. I showed the lady at the counter some photos and asked if she really thought it looked clean. 🤨 She just said, “I don’t know, you need a brush,” and walked away. 😳 I mean, come on — that’s not customer service. 💸 For $60, I expected at least a decent wash, not attitude. 😡 Waste of money and time. 💀👎 Won’t be coming back. 🚫🧽

The repair shop is top notch. Jose and the guys are GREAT. Would recommend having your truck repair and maintenance done here. Not sure why all the bad reviews. They do excellent work and the pricing is fair. Again, JOSE is the man!

This was a great place to stay when carrying a load, you and your truck are both safe because you are locked behind the gate away from predators. There was a $20 cost to stay here but what's $20 when it comes to your safety 🤷🏽 this was a pilot dealer. The weather was extremely warm my husband and I were able to take good hot showers and retire until the next morning.

When will I learn to trust reviews. I went in for a steer wheel seal and within 200 miles it was gushing hub oil. I call the shop and they wanted me to bring it back in so they could verify it was leaking. So I explained that it's not safe to drive. I need to have it repaired. I was told the manager would be in first thing on Monday morning. I call and as it turns out the manager is off for the week and won't be in until the following Monday. Now, with saturated brake shoes and a leaking seal, I need to find a shop to fix their mistake. I tried to explain to the tech it needs to be torqued to 300 lbs and not backed off. He kept tightening the hub nut spinning the wheel and backed it off ..spun the wheel then tightening it again. Bit of a language barrier. Since they refuse to help me correct the issue, I'll contest the charge with my bank and send them the invoice, maybe then they'll call. You could have cost me my truck, or my life to a hub fire. Train your people better. Understand that driving on a leaking hub seal is a big no no with DOT and asking someone to drive it back when they already said they were hundreds of miles away is reckless. You should have national insurance
