Vanessa was very polite and professional over the phone. When she arrived at my house to detail my suv, she took care of business and left my car impeccably clean. As she detailed my SUV, she was providing me with updates (pictures of progress) and was communicating with me sporadically about the detailing process. Vanessa answered all of my questions about the detailing process. I highly recommend her detailing company. Vanessa you ROCK! Thanks again for cleaning my vehicle. I will definitely call you back for all my detailing needs.

Loved the results of their work. I hired them for a huge job with multiple cars and carpets in our house to be cleaned. Even with the huge workload they didn’t skimp over any detailing and had both our carpets and cars looking brand new. They were very upfront about their prices and suggested we might need extra fur removal and we definitely did. 10/10 would recommend and would use their services again!

Great service. Fast turnaround. They shampooed my whole vehicle and got all the stains out. They were very thorough and made sure I was happy with the service before I left.

you should be warned if you have leather seats!! They messed up my leather seats and did not clean. Wasn't worth the money. They also used old water so the carpets smelled horrible after. I sent pictures to the owner and they were very unprofessional and refused to do anything about it so instead of wasting my time, I just paid another cleaning service to finish the job.

Found them through fitfam El Paso. With a years worth of dog hair accumulation my suv needed a detailed car wash DESPERATELY. So I called them Monday morning to see when the would have availability to book with them. I was expecting to book for a week or more later so I was surprised when they said they were able to come to me as early as that afternoon! I explained I was going to have it traded in soon and they explained that they work with the dealerships so they will make sure to have it ready! They’re team was so nice and explained the different packages and prices. The husband and wife duo were so sweet and worked so hard in the summer heat and would even send me videos and updates through text explaining how they got all the stains and hair out and any issues like tar in the out side. I was so surprised they were able to get all the dog hair out and it looked like it was just bought it off the lot! They only charged me 200 dollars (that may seem like a lot but I’m telling you my car was DIRTYYY- most places would charge 300+ ) for a full detail wash inside and out plus polishing the rims and black faded plastics on the outside.
