Cashier acted like my business did not matter. Female cashier on a Saturday afternoon was not totally rude but acted as though I was putting her out by being there. Ive noticed my reviews are becoming more and more this way. As if people don't want to do thier jobs. The quality of customer service has really gone down hill! Finding good, fast and friendly service seems to be a thing if the past! Ive noticed in my reviews that I am rating businesses much lower today! Hard to find hard working people who care anymore. This includes gas stations and convince stores as well. Really need to get better attitudes and offer a smile! This includes 76 station on El Toro Rd. In Laguna Hills.

AVOID. CASHIER (the lady) IS TERRIBLE. the pump stopped working and it said βcall the cashierβ, so i did and she yelled at me that she wonβt go outside cuz βsheβs workingβ. WORKING HOW? i thought your job was to be the cashier, however, she refused to help. how is that my fault you are the only staff person today??? MINUS ZERO

Today I stopped by a 76 gas station to pick up somethings 5 hour energy drinks. I had two items total. As I was checking out, I said dos. Just being me, that's something I always do. Growing up and Southern California, it's just normal for me. (i'm white) Now, the lady behind the register says, I'm not Spanish, don't think i'm Spanish. I tell her, I didn't, that's just something I say. She then says, I like being me, i'm not Spanish, thank god I'm not Spanish. I thought that was an interesting comment. I just gave her a dirty look, said have a nice day and left. I think she was Middle Eastern descent of some sort but not quite sure. Either way, not something she should have said the way she did. So I leave but then I realized I forgot my keys. I go back in the grab my keys and she just looks at me like she's super offended. Again, I never said or thought she was "spanish" as she said. I don't like getting offended for other people. I just don't want to be that guy, but at the same time, I just found it really irresponsible for her to say something like that. Especially because she's representing the company she is working for, and my wife and daughter are Hispanic. Apparently a

I have been coming to this 76 for about a year and I really believe that the service is crap. I wish they would change the employees cause it's pretty bad. Not to mention that they sell beer more expensive, I wonder what the bbb would think about this place π€
