Shout out to American Detail. Alan, Ian and Quinn will certainly take care of your window tinting, Ceramic Coating and PPF film needs for your vehicle. Show room is top notch. Not a speck of dirt anywhere. They treated me like royalty when I arrived. The window tint they installed makes such ahuge difference in this Texas heat!! I highly recommend you go see them ASAP. Wow what a difference it makes.

I received full car PPF, ceramic coating and window tint all around. All of XPEL's best offerings available from their shop. Very happy with all services provided 2 weeks after the fact. Ian was great to work with which made it super easy from the start. Getting different quotes for all the services and figuring out how much PPF I wanted on the car (full front, high impact, full car), window tint and ceramic coating. He also walked me through the shop to show me current projects they were working on to give me a peek at how the installers work and see the quality and different PPF they had (Gloss vs Stealth). They also finished quicker than expected, 7 days versus the 10 day expectation. I'm really glad I brought my 2026 Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing to American Detail!

I consulted with AMERICAN DETAIL a few days before I picked up my 2026 Mercedes Benz to get an estimate and to arrange drop-off. The estimate was pricey, but I have trusted them with three of my vehicles—BMW, JEEP Wrangler, and DODGE Challenger—since 2022, although management has changed since then. On a Monday, I dropped my Benz off to be wrapped and side windows to be tinted. On Thursday nothing had been done. I set a hard pickup date for eight days later. The delivery date was honored!! It was ready one day earlier than anticipated!!! Because of Friday thunderstorms, American Detail agreed to a pickup on Saturday morning. YAY!! I was so grateful and the car was ABSOLUTELY beautiful!! The quality of wrap installation was astounding. I was over the moon!! However, there was an issue with the tint. My instructions regarding the tint were not followed, and liberties were taken based on the installer’s personal preference. The new owner of AMERICAN DETAIL provided me with his unsolicited opinion and inaccurate information from a GOOGLE search which was disproven by the Mercedes-Benz dealership. I recently brought my 2026 Tesla Model Y Performance to American Detail for Prime XR Plus tint, including the windshield and sunroof, and the experience exceeded expectations. Alan and Ian were exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. The quality of the installation was outstanding, with a level of precision and attention to detail that’s immediately noticeable. The finished result looks fantastic and has completely elevated the car. I would highly recommend American Detail to anyone looking for premium workmanship and excellent customer service.

Buyer Beware — $9k wrap failed within weeks. I paid $9,000 to American Detail (Cypress, TX) for a full color wrap on my Mercedes Sprinter. The van is garage‑kept and I received it 7/12/2025. Within the first month, the job was already failing. Sloppy install: Visible gaps exposing the original paint, rough seams, and untidy edges—especially along the roof/windshield channel. Early failure: Edges began lifting within weeks (under a month). Careless reassembly: After the wrap, parts weren’t secured. The front‑right fog‑light cover fell off on the road, the other side was working loose, and both door‑camera covers started coming off. This is not what a $9k “professional” wrap should look like or how it should hold up. In my opinion, the workmanship and quality control were not up to standard. I do not recommend American Detail for full‑vehicle wraps. Photos attached for proof. Comparison: My Escalade V wrap by Roadshow International (Atlanta), installed in late 2022, still looks perfect nearly three years later. By contrast, the American Detail wrap started failing within three weeks and was lifting by the end of the first month.
