Update your damn card machines! I used the self car wash for the first time and honestly it was a pretty horrible experience. Had to go back home, get my wallet to swipe. $8 for 10 min is very expensive cause it usually takes 12-14 minutes to wash a car even decently. The whole vibe felt like an 80s run down place. Please upgrade your machines at least and charging for vacuum is absolutely insane. I ended up spending $11. Other places offer free vacuum and with the same $11 I can get an automatic wash done. There’s a reason why almost every comment says it’s a scam, it’s because of your outdated ancient machines. Even though it’s 2 blocks from my house and very convenient, I will not be coming here. Feels like I’m rushing out of time and instead of washing my car properly I’m just focusing on the timer and you’re asking me to do the same for the vacuum too? Ridiculous! How to make this place better - 1. Update machines and electronics 2. Add tap to pay 3. Stop charging more than what you advertise (it’s so stupid that I have to say this) 4. Stop charging for basic things such as vacuum 5. Have someone there to actually help out customers. 6. Provide more value, more minutes or lowe

It’s a great place but. It’s not the first time I’ve been double or triple charged. Careful of the credit card machines. If the owner is reading this please contact me as I couldn’t find a way to contact you. I was charged 3 x 8.00 for a wash. It should have been 8.00 + 2.00 for vacuum. I would appreciate a 14.00 credit.

This is a great self wash place. I come here regularly. Other reviews about people being ripped off are because they don't end their time on the machine. When you are done with your wash, press and hold the button to end your time. Otherwise someone can come in behind you and use your time and charge your card for extra time. Don't be fooled by bad reviews, I've always had a lot of success with this car wash. Good facility. Decent price. Well maintained machines.

Good car wash. I bring my own quarters so I don’t know if the change machine works. It’s always busy here. That tells me people know a good thing when they find it. Five dollars get your car clean. The pressure sprayer is strong. Plenty of foaming soap on the brush to wash, with sufficient time to rinse, spray wax and have a clean car.
