Ryland with Apex Mobile Detailing did a wonderful job taking car of my daughter’s car. She had significant scratching and it needed some TLC. We got the full interior and exterior package and it was well worth it! Ryland was on-time, very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely use their service again to detail all of our vehicles!! For mother's day, I decided to have my wife's car detailed as she spend a lot of time in the car, both for work and with the kids. I paid Apex to have their $200 "Pinnacle Interior & Exterior Detail..." First, Ryland was 25 minutes late, which happens, but what was booked for a 2hr and 15 minute appointment, took him an hour. I didn't get a knock on the door, or a text message that he was done until after he literally disappeared with the keys left in the car. I will say that the car was cleaned, but 100% not worth $200. You can see from the images that he left literal bugs still on the front and side mirrors; bugs I could remove with my fingers. My wife, who mind you, this was part of her mothers day gift, went into the car and still found several water bottles, kids drawings and food crumbs...enough to bring out the vacuum cleaner. Not only am I out $200, but my wife's gift for mother's day was a bust.

Ryland was amazing! I just used him for the first time for an interior, exterior and engine bay detail and he did great! I let the pet hair and dirt build up for too long (new puppy and work out of my truck) and he got it back to looking like I just drove away from the dealership. He was very communicative, punctual and friendly. Will definitely be using him again. Elke and I thank you!!
