Words cannot begin to describe my gratitude for these individuals. Not only did they repair what was considered to be an irreparable sun roof, but they were the kindest, most professional and most transparent company I’ve worked with in a while. It’s so refreshing to have exemplary customer service and experienced mechanics working on my car. I cannot thank them enough. I hope this never happens again, but if it does, they will be my first stop. They’re the good guys.

I had a great experience with Auto Glass Express this week. My windshield had been damaged and I had been referred to them by my insurance company. The person at Auto Glass Express who made my appointment was very helpful explaining how the payment would be made by the carrier and how I would only have to pay my deductible at the time of the repair, my appointment was scheduled for a day soon after I called, I got several reminder texts about my appointment, the repair staff was ready for my car when I arrived, and the service took only 1 1/2 hours, just as predicted. I would definitely use them again!

Thank you for the Great service! It was easy to get them on the phone - and they call back promptly if you don't. My window had been busted out and Alex came and saved my day very professionally - but not rushed - and thorough. Hopefully I don't need a "go-to" for busted out windows. But if I do, it will definitely be Auto Glass Express!

Seamless experience from beginning to end for my front windshield replacement - Ladan was very helpful in answering all my questions regarding OEM glass and providing an estimate over the phone. They followed up via text promptly with updates and took care of billing my Geico insurance directly. They were flexible with my schedule and I was able to drop off my car the day before and my windshield replacement was completed within a couple hours the next day. Windshield calibration was performed and a report emailed to me. Great workmanship and they returned the car to me in better/cleaner condition than I had dropped it off! 10/10 experience, would return again for any future glass repair needs.

Fantastic experience! The team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient. They had all the glass in stock and completed the repair in just 30 minutes. Super quick service and excellent staff—highly recommend!
