Overall, I had a good experience with this shop. The staff was professional, friendly, and stood behind their work. After my initial tint installation, a few of the windows had issues, and they were proactive about scheduling me back in and fixing them without any hassle. I have their tints for over two years and continue to work as expected, no discoloration. That being said, the final result was not completely perfect. One of the small rear windows isn't fully covered in one of the rounded corners as shown in the photos, and another window has a small section where the tint is missing/cut incorrectly. Those are minor details that were missed and don't significantly affect the appearance at the bigger scale. Even with those small issues, I appreciate their customer service and willingness to correct the original problems. If they paid a little more attention to the finer details during installation and when the vehicle was brought back, the experience would have been a full 5 stars.

I got my car windows tinted here to try and block the summer heat out of my black car. The price was unbelievable for all four doors and back windshield, and the product and service really delivered. I was in and out in an hour. When my boyfriend saw the quality of the work on my car, he scheduled an appointment and got his car done too. Both of our black cars are so much more comfortable and protected from the blazing heat. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get their car windows tinted.

My experience with Aric and his staff was great overall. Very professional and great customer service. I got my Hyundai Tucson front, rear, and back windows tinted. Heat deterrence was my biggest factor and I went with their S9 ceramic product. They have a heat lamp in store so you can tell the difference. I was in and out in 50 minutes. I did my homework and looked at other shops in the area, and I felt most comfortable with Auto Tinting Austin. Aric also was the first to reach out to me, and I appreciate the professionalism and follow through. He is honest and very genuine. I also felt this shop had he most value in the area (after I compared prices). He does ask for a $25 deposit, but this is added to your total at the end. They also give a $10 discount if you go to their Instagram, like, and share a review on Google. If you're looking for quality tinting give them a shot! Highly recommend

Quick and affordable. They did not try to nickel and dime me like most other auto tinting shops due to having a Tesla. The service was done within 30 minutes and the staff was accommodating!
