⭐ Very Disappointing Experience — Ultimate Service Was Not Worth the Price This was my first visit, and I specifically selected their Ultimate Service, expecting a noticeably better interior and exterior cleaning than a basic car wash. Unfortunately, the service I received was nowhere near what I expected for the price. The regular wash was completed, but the interior was extremely disappointing. The dashboard was still dull and dirty with visible makeup and hand marks. The air vents did not appear to have been blown out or properly cleaned, door pockets were still dirty, mats and areas underneath them were not thoroughly cleaned, and dirt remained under the seats. The radio/console area, cup holders, seats, and door panels also showed little to no improvement. What concerned me most was the lack of communication and quality control. The person accepting the vehicle and the person taking payment discussed the service with me, but that information apparently did not translate to the employees actually cleaning the car. I had a very disappointing experience at Autopia Fremont. I paid for a full interior cleaning, including vacuuming the front, back seats, and trunk, but the job was far from complete. My floor mats were left soaking wet, there were chemical stains on the window frames, the carpet was still dirty, and the cup holders and front interior were barely touched. To make matters worse, the manager, MARCO( MANAGER OF FREMONT LOCATION) was extremely unprofessional and rude when I pointed out these issues. Instead of acknowledging the poor-quality work, he defended it and argued with me. Unfortunately, this wasn’t my first experience with him—this is the second time I’ve received such poor service from the same person, and I recognized him from my previous visit since he’s the only employee wearing a black uniform while everyone else wears yellow. Based on these repeated experiences, I don’t feel that Autopia Fremont takes customer service or quality seriously, and I would not recommend this location.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been to a lot of car washes over the years, and Autopia in Fremont continues to be one of the best experiences I’ve had. From the moment you arrive, the customer service is outstanding. The team is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about making sure you leave happy. On my most recent visit, I had both the exterior wash and a full interior detail completed. My car hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time, and I honestly wasn’t expecting it to come out looking as good as it did. The attention to detail was incredible, and they made my vehicle look and feel almost brand new again. One of the things I appreciate most about Autopia is that I always feel like I’m getting more value than what I paid for. They take the time to understand what your vehicle needs instead of trying to upsell unnecessary services. Their recommendations have always been honest, and the quality of their work consistently exceeds my expectations. I’ve had good experiences with Autopia at other locations, but this one was a complete waste of money. I got “The Works” package. In about 10 minutes they said my car was ready. When I checked, the trunk hadn’t even been touched. After I pointed it out, an attendant just removed some trash and did a quick vacuum. Then I noticed cup holders weren’t cleaned, door panels weren’t wiped, and multiple basic things from the package were missed. Every issue I found only got fixed after I personally pointed it out. There doesn’t seem to be any checklist or process to actually deliver what they advertise. When I spoke to the manager, his response was basically, “Do you want your money back?” I didn’t—I just wanted my car cleaned properly. They kept giving excuses like “this spot is hard to clean,” then wiped it in front of me and it came off immediately. I’m not someone who usually writes negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating and disappointing. If you go here, double-check everything before leaving, because otherwise it simply won’t get done. I also noticed another missed area only after I started driving. Not sure why that would be considered difficult to clean. I hop
