Consistently the worst “car wash” experience of all time. Have tried to give these guys the benefit of the doubt, but won't be returning. They’ll either damage your car, do a terrible job, or both, and act offended when you call them out for it. Not even convinced they know what you’ve paid for by the time your car makes it to the end of the line. Though they only seem to “accidentally” give you the silver wash when you buy the gold and never the other way around…Place is hanging on by a thread for a reason. Go to a gas station drive through - I promise it'll be better

I’ve been coming here for years. I moved out of the area but still make the drive out there to get my car cleaned. Very reasonably priced and always great, consistent service. Great vacuum system and hand dry at the end.

I have been a loyal customer of Beach Cities Car Wash for years, but after today’s experience, I will not be returning. I paid for a regular car wash, which includes interior cleaning. When I was told my car was ready, I checked it and found that the dashboard had not been wiped down and the interior was still dirty. It was obvious that the inside of the vehicle had not been cleaned at all. When I brought this to their attention, I was told that I only paid for a regular wash. However, the regular wash includes interior service. The manager’s response was that “mistakes happen.” This was not a minor mistake it was an employee failing to perform the service that was paid for. What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability and the attempt to justify the poor service instead of correcting it. After years of being a customer, this experience left a very bad impression. I would not recommend this car wash. Based on my experience, the quality of service has declined significantly, and when issues arise, they seem more interested in making excuses than making things right.

I had damage occur to my vehicle while it was in the care of Beach Cities Car Wash at their Venice location. While still in the drying area and before the car was released back to me, I noticed that a piece of rear trim beneath the taillight was missing. I reported it immediately on site and submitted a formal claim with photo documentation and a repair estimate. I have now followed up three times over the past couple of weeks and have not received any acknowledgment or response. I’m hoping management will see this and respond so we can resolve this promptly.

An Absolutely Fantastic Experience at Beach Cities Car Wash! I recently visited Beach Cities Car Wash, and I have to say, it was an absolutely stellar experience from start to finish. From the moment I drove in, I was greeted by Chris, incredibly friendly, professional staff member who was genuinely happy to help. The wash itself was beyond impressive. My car came out looking brand new, sparkling from every angle. The attention to detail was incredible—not a single spot missed, and the interior cleaning was just as meticulous. It's clear that they use top-of-the-line equipment and products. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the service. The team at Beach Cities Car Wash is a well-oiled machine, working efficiently and with a smile. They went above and beyond, spending a lot of time, to make sure I was completely satisfied. It's rare to find this level of quality and customer care. When I went to pay for the car wash I was greeted by Deija who had a beautiful smile and actually thanked me for allowing them to service my car and said that she hoped I would come back again. I highly recommend Beach Cities Car Wash to anyone looking for a superior car cleaning service.
