Avoid this car wash!! Paid $15 and my car was still dirty in MULTIPLE places (see photos) Called when I got home and said I was coming back for a rewash. Got there and they said I couldn’t have one because I left. Horrible customer service, go to any other washes in the area.

We paid for the platinum wash and it gave us the basic standard cleaning, car was still dirty after we came out. And on top of that it broke the cars antenna. Do not come to this place if you want your car to be clean

Very weird what’s going on with these reviews. I am guessing it used to be a full service car wash before it became Bellagio express car wash. For a express car wash it does a amazing job at the very great monthly price that you can go as many times as you want. The only thing I have noticed is they never open both lanes so these hours a line of cars. I get it. They’re trying to save money by having just one lane open instead of two and our wait time in line doesn’t reflect on their cost.

I was initially drawn in by the sign, thinking it was a $5 wash, but it turns out they were advertising "less than 5 minutes," which was a bit misleading. That said, the lady at the front was really friendly and funny, which made the experience more enjoyable. What’s even funnier is that one of my friends actually works here—such a small world! That definitely added a positive vibe to my visit. Overall, a good experience with great customer service.

I came in with two dirty cars. I paid the Platinum VIP $19. Lol It was not worth it! It didn't really clean the car that great. there was a lot of stuff left over on the Windows and body, bird poop and who knows what else left from the neighborhood cat. All the "extras" you pay for are a joke! You have to vacuum the inside yourself and there's not really any extras that you can wipe down the car with other than a hand towel that they charge you $2 for. I just wanted to try this place since it's new, but I will not be back. The staff was really nice. they let us have a second go at the car washes, though it didn't really make a difference and I don't believe I got any of the extras that I paid for other than the towels. The second car wash round didn't do any better as far as getting the car cleaner. In Fact, all the jumbling from the drying fans actually broke the casing of my inside light. So not only was this a waste of money and I was going to give two stars after the first wash but now I'm going to give it one star for costing me money!
