Love the team at bespoke and Fiveninedesign Harris and Jarred took great care of me. Purchased the coolest raptor around from Harris. Jarred helped me with wrapping my Targa. Very happy with both! Highly recommended them it will be working with them again in the future.

Unfortuately my experience with Bespoke is contrary to most. They have worked on my 2025 Porsche 911 Carrera and 2026 Genesis GV80 Coupe. With my Porsche they did a coupe of mods. They powder coated the wheels which came out fine. They also painted the brake calipers red. Soon after, some of the letters of the "PORSCHE" decals on the calipers started to peel off on three calipers. Initially, I re-attached some of the letters. While it is true that they offered to repair the ones I did not address, I could not help but wonder where was the " Elite Craftsmanship" they mention in their shop description. One caliper I get; it but 3? My second experience was when I recently purchased a 2026 Genesis GV80 Coupe from a local dealer. A portion of the sale price included the application of paint protection film. At the time had I known that Bespoke was doing the PPF I would have purchased my car elsewhere. In the sales process I was told that the vendor did many high end cars hence the expectation of a quality installation. As the pictures attached indicate, the quality of workmanship is far from being acceptable. Again , they offered to fix the areas which were done in a substandard man

Great experience with my ‘14 Jaguar F Type. After researching shops in JAX area, I called Bespoke and set an appointment to review my list of changes needed. Wheels powder coated, new tires and windows tinted. Michael from Bespoke was awesome and he gave me an estimate and I booked the services. I purchased tires from Tire Rack and had them shipped to Michael at Bespoke and a few days later I picked up my “new” ride. The new gloss black wheels look awesome and completely changed the look of the car. Bespoke has it all. People, Product and Process, the 3-P’s to a successful business. I had a great experience and highly recommend Michael at Bespoke.

I have been in the automotive business in some degree my entire life and everyone knows customer service can be iffy at best. Bespoke is definitely an exception to that. Jared is extremely helpful and friendly. Omar helped with pick up, drop off and picking out the right color for my wheels. The rest of the team did an amazing job changing the color of my wheels and they look great! If you want world class service for your vehicle definitely check out Bespoke, you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommended!
