By far the best detail job that I have ever had done to one of my vehicles. Spots that other detailers missed Big Steps didn’t. I went straight to those spots searching and was shocked! I’m truly blown away with how nice my vehicle looks and feels again. From my experience if you are looking for a company that will do a good job, look no further. This is what you’re looking for when you’re seeking a detail. Nothing was missed, everything was left in perfect condition, it smells incredible inside my car, my windows are finally clear & I’m happy I decided to choose these guys. Amazing! I love my car again! I don’t think my consul has been this clean since Russ detailed it last! I wish I took before photos! My 2019 looking like the day I bought it! Easy to set up appt and everything went super smooth!

Great experience with Russell and Big Steps Mobile Detailing! They are easy to work with, easy to schedule, and do AMAZING work! We have used them for multiple cars and given them repeat business and each time I am impressed with their attention to detail. It is like getting into a brand new car each time! I seriously could not recommend them more highly! Our vehicles shine inside and out, and according to my son, the rims are perfection!

I wish I could post the video I took, but videos / pictures doesn’t do any justice for how this looks in person anyways. My seats were stained pretty bad and my carpet was super dirty with mud before getting my car detailed. Now, my car looks, smells, and FEELS BRAND NEW! 🫧🧼🚘 He was super professional and timely as well. I 1000/10 recommend his services to anyone and will also be referring him to others. I thank you again! I can now drive around in confidence knowing my car looks good and clean on the outside and inside 😇
