$32 for the most basic wash and vacuum but they did a great job! The carpet was spotless and they wiped the interior well. For the price I am super happy and so glad I didn’t do it myself. It works have taken half the day and it wouldn’t have been half as good!!

Read Before Going! I really wanted to support this local business, but my experience here has been a complete nightmare, and their customer service is non-existent. If you care about your vehicle, please read this before bringing your car to Bixby Auto Car Wash. On Father’s Day (June 21st) around 1:40 PM, I brought my gray Prius in for a wash. While watching through the viewing window, I noticed the staff having significant trouble guiding my car onto the automated rails. An attendant ended up forcing and adjusting the vehicle on the rail, and right then, I saw my front driver-side hubcap pop off. They even had to pull the car out mid-wash with soap still on it because they messed up the alignment so badly. When the car came out, the hubcap was missing. The manager on duty found it, but it was clearly broken, buckled, and fractured from being crushed against their rail guide. The manager snapped it back on and assured me it would hold, but because the structural integrity was completely compromised, it flew off on the road the next day and is now gone forever. It's been a while since I came to this Carwash. I use to go here weekly until Covid. After seeing all of the issues unfolding and their dwindling business I decided to support my neighborhood carwash. This could have easily been a 5-star review if it was just based on the quick service. This spot has definitely changed. The owner use to be behind the desk and very friendly and helpful. He has been replaced by a woman who is very "short" in comments and lack "basic" social graces. She bluntly let men know "no cash back" for tipping the detailers and go use the cash vending machine and get charged for it. Her demeanor was off putting especially considering I was spending close to $100 to support them. Her demeanor was as if she was paying me for a service. The attendants outside were pleasant and helpful; again this could have been a 5-star review. Well I guess I will continue going to drive through washes for $80 less and detail my car at home. Sorry- I try to support you. Maybe a little training in customer service will bring business in?

If you're getting your car detailed save your $200+ for somewhere else. I waited for hours, and then no one informed me my car was done. When I found out that my car was sitting still for who-knows-how-long, I asked why they didn't come get me in the waiting area. There was not even an apology; the guy only told me "it's ok" like I wasn't waiting at their disgusting facilities with my baby.

I’ve been going here occasionally for over 30 years. It’s never been more than a B level clean, even the $300+ detail. They always miss some basic easy thing, but usually no big deal - at least the truck is clean. This time, some big misses and the attendant who worked on the truck was no where to be found when I found the problems. Windshield still dirty, window switches not wiped clean, cup holder still with sticky stuff on it, cowl under the windshield still full of orange tree stuff. They basically run a towel over anything the wash tunnel doesn’t get and call it a day whether it’s clean or not. I can drive through a gas station wash with a vacuum for $15 and save $0.10/gal on gas and be less disappointed.
