Had to bring my car back 3 different times in a row for them to redo the same tint job. 1st time there was a long string from a cleaning rag underneath the tint. 2nd time there was a long hair under the tent. 3rd time they rushed it and left fingerprints all over underneath the tint which caused the tint to be blurry in those spots. And to make things worse, when I brought it back for the 2nd and 3rd time the younger kid that works there (I believe it’s maybe the son or possibly the Daughter’s boyfriend) that was working the front desk that day was a complete jerk about the whole thing, instead of him being sorry about having me bring it back all these times, instead he acted like a jerk and treated me like I was a huge inconvenience to him to redo the mistakes when I’m the one that had to spend my time to bring my car back 3 different times and wait for it each time. I’ve been coming here for years, but won’t be coming back. The younger girl that works there is nice, but whoever the young entitled kid that works there needs to not deal with customers if he’s going to act like that and definitely needs to work on his customer service skills if they want customers to keep comin

I took two cars to get tinted in one weekend. I paid $950 for a Subaru Outback Wilderness and $1,120 for a BMW X5 to get ceramic tint all around. Which I know is robbery, but money isn’t the issue for me. I don’t mind paying top dollar for quality work. After taking the cars home I waited over a week to roll the windows down and when I rolled the windows down on the Subaru, I noticed the corners of the driver side and passenger side window looked like the picture below. I have gotten tints before many times and I know this is not what it’s supposed to look like. Still, I doubted my judgement so I made a post to Reddit which got over 20,000 views. Everyone commented and said they would be extremely upset and that this is robbery and the price I was charged should be illegal for the quality of work coming out of this shop. After getting some feedback from them I decided to take the Subaru back to them to see if they could make things right. When I got there I spoke to an unpleasant lady named Shannon. Man…. I heard of this place through my wife and man they didn’t disappoint at all. They knew what I wanted as soon as I pulled up. Got everything done in the time they said. 5 days later (tint was ready to go after 2 days) tint is perfect cured and looks great! I’ll bring all my cars here now. Great work!

Matt and his friendly staff checked me in quickly, described all the different levels of tinting with darkness and temperature control so I could select what works for me. Left my car and received call just under 4 hrs later that car was ready for pick up. Looks beautiful and workmanship is top notch. Shop is nice and has easy access to nearby shops. Thank you all for a great experience!
