So happy I found these guys! They did a terrific job on my car (2026 Toyota Corolla). I knew coming in that this was not exactly the most luxurious car they’ve ever done but they treated me and my car with the same level of care they would as if it were the highest end Ferrari. The PPF and the tint came out so good! These guys are the best.

I rarely leave negative reviews because I understand that no business is perfect and mistakes can happen. I also believe businesses should be given an opportunity to make things right before sharing a negative experience publicly. Unfortunately, after giving Black Diamond that opportunity, I feel it’s important to share my experience so others can make an informed decision before trusting them with their vehicle. On July 10, I paid $350 to have XPEL XR Black ceramic window tint installed on my brand-new Hyundai Elantra. After more than two weeks, I continued to notice clusters of small bubbles on two of the passenger windows. I returned to the shop on July 27, and they confirmed that those two windows were not acceptable and needed to be redone under their warranty. While I appreciated that they honored the warranty, it was still an inconvenience because I had to take time out of my day to return due to the original installation not being done correctly. What surprised me even more was that the original installation of all five windows took about two hours, yet redoing only two windows required my vehicle to remain at the shop for nearly the entire day. Excellent customer service, they made the experience smooth and easy. I highly recommended these guys, they back up their work and have a clean professional establishment to get the work done right! Will be bringing my other truck here to get the ceramic work done!

The team at Black Diamond Mcallen location performed an outstanding job with the full front PPF + door protection, and a 3-year ceramic coating. Additionally, ceramic tint was applied to all windows and the windshield for enhanced heat protection. Upon taking delivery of my new Raptor R, I promptly contacted Jorge to obtain a quote and arrange for these services. They were able to accommodate my vehicle immediately, and it was returned within the promised timeframe. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

I had my vehicle fully ceramic coated here at Black Diamond PPF & Tint and added their ceramic tint all around with 93% heat rejection. The results speak for themselves, my car looks incredible, feels cooler, and is better protected. What impressed me most was the way they do business.
