⭐☆☆☆☆ This was the third time this has happened, and unfortunately it was the last straw. I booked an 8:00 AM detail through their online scheduling system, arrived on time, and was told no one was available to wash cars until 9:00 AM. If you don’t have staff available at 8:00 AM, don’t allow customers to book that time. Respecting your customers’ time is basic customer service. What’s especially disappointing is that I’ve been a loyal customer and have overlooked previous issues and even wrote to the managers and just got a discount, which I never wanted. Just wanted timely service. On one visit, during a $150 hand wash their staff applied so much pressure while hand drying my vehicle that they ripped the trunk emblem right off. I gave them another chance, hoping things would improve, but they haven’t. This is a great facility with a lot of potential, but the customer service has gone downhill. After three scheduling failures and prior damage to my vehicle, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. I hope management takes this seriously, fixes the scheduling system, and improves the customer experience. No loyal customer should have to deal with this repeatedly.

Nice place, recommend. Hand wash are worth it, they leave your car really clean and take care of it. Staff is also nice and do great work.

I had an amazing experience at Blast Off Car Wash! I received the hand wash plus full interior detail, and I was beyond impressed with the results. My car looked completely showroom ready when I picked it up. The service took about 2 hours, which was perfect. I was able to drop my car off, and they gave me a call as soon as it was ready — super convenient and professional. The guys there were very nice, respectful, and professional throughout the entire process. You can tell they take pride in their work. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality detailing!

I had a fantastic experience at Blast Off Car Wash in Riverstone. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. The facilities were spotless and well-maintained. I had my car detailed, and it came out absolutely immaculate. Miguel, the manager, was especially helpful and knowledgeable—he made sure everything went smoothly and explained the process clearly. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality service.

I came here for their soft opening and had a great experience. It was very clean and well put together. The drive through car wash was easy to get to, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The vacuum station has everything you need to get a deep clean in. I felt very safe cleaning my car there. The owners came by to check how everything was going and made sure we were satisfied with our wash. There was a few spots he wasn't fully happy with, so he let me go through the wash again and walked through it on the outside to make sure my car was being washed properly. After I finished he even inspected it after to make sure it was right. Which I appreciated! A+ on their customer service. Definitely will be back!
