BLISS Car Wash - Brea

I I have been a customer of Bliss Car Wash in Brea for several months and have two vehicles on their second-tier membership plan. The location has been very convenient because it is directly on my way to and from work. Until today, I had been satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be renewing either membership and will be returning to Rapid Car Wash. When I went through the tunnel today, the drying wheel did not touch my vehicle until it reached approximately the middle of the windshield. While that was inconvenient, I understand that equipment does not always operate perfectly. Because it was a hot day, however, the remaining water dried within minutes and left water spots all over my car. The employee stationed at the end of the tunnel was waiting for the next vehicle, so I politely asked whether he could wet my towel so I could wipe off the water spots. This location does not have a water faucet for customer use. I have made the same request on previous occasions, and the employees have always been courteous and willing to help. This employee responded, “No, it’s not going to happen,” and shook his finger at me in a scolding and demeani

I have been coming here for the last six months and I love it. No scratches on the vehicle and great customer service. The vacuums are the best they’ll suck up your carpet if you’re not careful

Update: Business responded, said to contact them through email and explain about this to get a code for a free wash. No reply. After purchasing the monthly membership, I’ve been here a couple of times now and overall the wash itself is pretty good. My car comes out clean, and I really like that they hand dry the car with towels at the end instead of just letting it air dry. The main issue is the tire shine they apply. Every time after the wash, the tire shine splashes all over the sides of my car whenever I make turns or drive a short distance. It leaves black residue and streaks everywhere, so my car actually ends up looking dirtier than before the wash. I constantly have to wipe the car down myself afterward and even do laundry just from cleaning the towels I use. That kind of defeats the purpose of paying for a car wash membership in the first place. I really wish they would either apply less tire shine or wipe it down properly so it’s not soaking wet before customers leave. If they fixed that issue, this place would easily be a much better experience.

LOVEEE this Bliss Car Wash Location!!! It does the job everytime I get bird poop or dust all over my car that I can't stand to see. The work the employees put into cleaning your car before even entering the wash and before leaving it is spectacular every time! The Bliss app also makes it so much more convenient since it's a better system than the gas station system to purchase your wash! I come here weekly or when needed and the process is quick and straightforward! Would recommend this location to anyone wanting a relaxing and amazing experience.

Overall great experience every time I come here. The employees are so attentive with my truck being cleaned and well detailed. Such great service with a guaranteed satisfaction as well as being welcomed with a smile. 10/10 & one very satisfied returning customer.
