I was beyond impressed with the service I had this evening! I have been driving for almost 15 years, been to many Blue Beacon locations all over the country (including this location before) but never have I had the service like I had today! I told the guy in charge of the wash what all I wanted done to my truck and trailer, pulled into the bay and went into the office to pay. The young lady who took my payment was welcoming, engaging and professional. I then went out to the bay to watch the guys washing my truck. These guys went above and beyond to not only meet but to far exceed my expectations. The lead guy (Javier) and the two gentlemen working with him really made my truck look amazing and I was beyond impressed! I frequently go to the Blue Beacon in Odessa,TX and they can’t hold a candle to these individuals. They all deserve a raise and a very generous one for their attitude, work ethic, customer service/satisfaction and quality of work. After a long and stressful day, they ended it for me on a very high note. Please hook these employees up, they deserve it! I can not say enough about the wash I received . Dra and his crew were spot on ,, every detail! I was amazed when I parked and went to do touch up— I had NOTHING to do!!!!wow ,,, best wash ever in 42 years

Not happy that they don’t do hand towel dry or tire shine service until 8! Got here at 645 am and was notified until they almost finished the wash. Pretty crazy to get it washed but not dried or even add tire shine service until!!! Pretty unsatisfying!!

Don't go to this location unless you're prepared to babysit the employees and your truck to make sure they do a thorough job. I was there on the 30th of September because my truck was a bit muddy. It was not too bad but I just did not like the way it looked. When I got there they mentioned to me that they would charge me an extra fee per minute to remove the mud, I accepted because I understand it's more work. But when there are six to eight people working on your truck you expect it to be thoroughly clean and not have to inspect it yourself. Mind you they have one of their employees inspecting the trucks during and after to make sure they are thoroughly cleaning the unit. Well after it was all said and done I still had to show them where they missed some spots. Still the next day I found more areas where they missed to remove the dirt and mud. This is unacceptable when the cost is over 200 dollars.
