Worst experience at any blue beacon started when I pulled up guy made me feel like if I was interrupting there free time . I asked to do a straight wash he smiled and said we don’t call it that I’m like ok I don’t want acid on my aluminum then he tells me I know that is what you call a straight wash very rude with his demeanor like sir their are plenty of truck washes I can go to but I chose this one with out customers you would be jobless they did a horrible I mean horrible job once truck drys left dirt on tanks white streaks just a plain disappointment never again will I go to this place

I have not come to this place because everytime I have come they can not seem to wash truck correctly even after waiting one hour and about 30 minutes washing. Decided to give them another try. Only one guy was doing the work while the other kept goofing off. I kept telling team lead where to hit with washer but he really did not seem to care much. Posted pics of when I left bay. Windshield still has stuck bugs, trailer and truck are grimy, then this morning when I woke up in parking lot down the road I checked and was SUPER disappointed!

Paid $88.50 for a truck and trailer wash including an undercarriage rinse, brightener, and wheel wash, and I’m honestly disappointed with the results. There was still thick mud and dirt buildup left underneath the trailer, around the suspension components, frame rails, and even on parts of the wheels after the wash was completed. The undercarriage rinse clearly was not done thoroughly. I waited in a long line expecting professional-quality work, especially at this price point, but the trailer still looked like it needed another wash afterward. I attached photos showing the condition immediately after leaving. I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but for nearly $90 I expected much better attention to detail and a proper cleaning.

They washed my truck yesterday. I paid $140 and expected it will be spotless and shiny with dressing on my tires. But that’s what I get after three times asking the guy put more stuff on my tires to make them look wet. If I remember correctly, the guy name was Luis. Thank you, Blue Beacon

This is a big rig Wash facility, but they also do cars and pick up RVs and always have enough employees. If there is a line it’s not a very long week. I had a one truck in front of me. They finished him. I pulled mine in and we’re ready to leavein about 45 minutes altogether. They have about 10 guys and they have two bases you’re not happy with it they will wash it again.
