When I first took my car to Bluewave, I asked the manager which service he would recommend given that my car had not been washed recently. I took his advice and paid $60. After paying $60 for the upgraded handwash and wax, I pointed out to the manager several obvious, large spots of bird droppings remaining on the front of the hood that had not been cleaned at all. At first, they told me that it was impossible to clean bird droppings off of the paint. I asked them to show me that it did not disappear when wiped with a wet cloth. In fact, after one of the men did so right in front of us, they did disappear with simply wiping it away. I asked them to take care of the remaining spots and the manager got in my face and yelled at me that I had not paid enough for that service, and then stormed away. Instead of offering to rectify the problem or to just admitting a mistake, they decided first to (1) say it was impossible to fix, (2) said I didn't pay enough to fix it, (3) then proceeded to shout at me and refuse to help at all.

I’ve been here a few times and twice now they’ve broken something. First time they broke my cup holder and I figured it was an accident whatever. Now it’s my back cup holder??? Also, look at all the dust and hair. This is after it’s been “cleaned”. There a reason why this place is rated so low. DONT GO.

Took my car bluewave car wash on Westwood/Santa monica. This was my first time. I was insulted by the clerk who takes payments. She was very rude. Very poor customer service. First I clearly paid and she said I did not pay. I could not find my receipt and tried to get a copy, and finally found my receipt and she made excuses. I have never had such a bad experience at a car wash. I want her to be reprimanded for her rude and insulting behavior.

I do not recommend this car wash and that’s a problem. We don’t look and check cause we feel like you’re paying 3040 $50 that you shouldn’t have to do a double check but it looked OK on the outside but when I got an inside, they didn’t wipe my dashboard down where my gear shift was I went to the store and I was putting bags in the same day and looked in the backseat. There was still trash Underneath my seat. The rugs were thrown on the floor. They didn’t vacuum out my little hatchback, and that was January 8. So I didn’t have time to go back or a call because I have prior engagement so I waited till today January 10 and I called back up there. The lady that answered the phone was very disrespectful telling me I should look before I left. OK let me talk to your manager. Stayed on the phone for about 30 minutes. Nobody never came on to answer. It wasn’t that I wanted a discount or I wanted my money back. I just wanted to let them know that they need to speak to the people that’s given a service to do better, we depend on them to wash our car. We give them tips and everything because we know that that’s how they make a living, but it’s the worst experience I ever had in my life and I

I will NEVER go near this place! I entered, they took my car, I waited, then when I was called over to get my car... I noticed fresh blue gum smeared across my whole driver side floor mat. I looked at the outside of my car and it looked like it hadn't even been cleaned! The inside of my car wasn't even touched by a vacuum. I called over a manager, and I showed him my car mat and he said "more money"... "if you want that off, you need to pay more money". I said that the gum was NOT there when I arrived and even showed him the bottom of my shoes, and he refused to help me. I tried calling the number, I tried talking to the front desk, I asked for the owner... I couldn't get help. I started crying in my car, and some older man that worked there finally said he'd help. He got the gum off. I've never felt so helpless, and discriminated against. Do not waste your money, or your mental capacity on this place.
