Just picked up my car after getting a ceramic coating and window tint done here, and I'm genuinely impressed. I'm glad I chose a shop that is so meticulous and really cares about explaining aftercare and warranty information. The tint looks great and has incredible heat rejection. Beyond the quality of the work, what sold me was how upfront the team was. I could feel that they actually cared about doing right by the customer instead of just closing a sale. Solid work, fair pricing, and a team you can trust. Would recommend Bob's Auto Gleam to anyone in the market for coating or tint work.

I had a 10-Year ceramic coating and full ceramic window tint done at Bob's Auto Gleam, and the results are outstanding. The paint has incredible depth and gloss, and the tint was applied flawlessly. I love how thorough they were when they walked me through the aftercare instructions and showed me all the warranty information. What really stood out was the staff. Joel walked me through everything, was kind honest and transparent throughout the whole process, clearly explaining what each service actually does and never pushing me toward anything I didn't need. It's rare to find a shop that prioritizes trust over upselling. Great service from start to finish. Highly recommend Bob's Auto Gleam to anyone looking to get their car protected and detailed the right way. I'll definitely be back!

Zero stars if I could. We took our car to Bob’s Auto Gleam for interior detailing in June, after seeing their great reviews and speaking with them over the phone. The person was very friendly and told us the job would take at least 4 hours, so we expected a thorough interior detail. Instead, it was finished in about 2 hours, and the rushed work showed. We were charged $320, but all they seemed to do was vacuum the seats and floors. The dashboard, center console, door panels, door pockets, car ceiling, inside of the side windows, and other interior surfaces were not even dusted. Then the windshield. While driving home, it was blurry that we thought the outside was dirty and kept using the wipers. We eventually realized the residue was on the inside and had to pull over to clean it ourselves because visibility was so poor. When we contacted the person we spoke with on the phone, he apologized and asked us to send photos. He said someone would come back and make it right. Unfortunately, the same employees came back only to argue with us instead of fixing the issues. We aren’t confrontational people, we simply expected the service we paid for. Lovely job, thank you so much! I’m seriously impressed. Every bit of makeup, skincare residue, and stubborn stains is completely gone. My car is over 5 years old and genuinely looks brand new again. I only wish I had done this years ago because no car wash or drive thru even comes close to this level of detail. Also, the process was so easy. I didn’t have to stress about picking up my car during work since they offer a convenient after hours drop box, which made everything seamless. Highly recommend!

I had my Audi e-tron GT fully wrapped in STEK Dynomatte PPF at Bob’s Auto Gleam and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The car looks absolutely incredible now. The matte finish completely transformed it. The body lines are so much more pronounced and easier to see, and the whole car has this clean, aggressive look that just wasn’t as obvious before. Every single friend who’s seen it has complimented it. It honestly feels like a different car in the best way. From the start, Rob was great to work with. I was very specific about keeping all of the piano black trim in clear PPF to preserve the contrast against the matte finish, and he took the time to walk me through exactly how they’d approach it. He explained where they could tuck edges, where things would be visible, and set clear expectations up front. He was upfront that a few existing rock chips would still show through the film, which I appreciated. On a black car that’s just reality, and my main goal was protecting it from anything new. Throughout the process, he kept me updated and didn’t just hand me the keys at pickup. He walked the entire car with me panel by panel and explained the 10 year warranty and aftercare so
