I always have a great experience at Hollywood Express Car Wash. I love both the Ultimate Wash and the Works Wash!! My car always comes out looking super clean and I love that they give a free vacuum, towel, and air freshener The team also went above and beyond to help fix some scratches on my car, which I really appreciated. Great service, friendly staff, and consistently great results. Definitely recommend!

Same service, but different prices based on vehicle type? What’s a little concerning is that you can buy a monthly pass and come here every day to wash your car, but if it’s considered a commercial vehicle, you have to pay more for the same wash and service. Maybe we misunderstood the policy, so please correct us if we’re wrong. But if this is how it works, it doesn’t seem very logical or fair.

Easy in and out drive through car wash with great vacuums. The workers help you through the payment kiosk and lining up your car to enter the wash. The self serve vacuums are great and have holders for your floor mats. I find the prices very reasonable. They offer monthly passes as well.

I’m very disappointed washing service. Car wasn’t really dirty before wash, just a bit dust and even that wasn’t washed. But it’s not worst part. Maybe it’s just me to picky, so I canceled the subscription. After 4 month figure out all this time I was charged for subscription, which I cancelled. I stop by to check why it happens and manager offer me credit for next two months, which is not acceptable for service I don’t like. He said somebody contact to me in a day to do refund. They contacted after 3 weeks and try to offer me 2 months credit. I don’t have any way except open a dispute through my bank. 1) terrible car wash service 2) only one wash per day 3) terrible communication and customer service as well

Yesterday I was the new guy. Had no idea how the car wash worked and when I rolled up to the gal who was working I felt like I accidentally got in line at a drive up baptism at a church I was greeted like they actually wanted me back and I picked the absolutely cheapest wash because I recently discovered that car washes start at $50. It’s a sit in the car and ride it out car wash which was a lot of fun. I didn’t catch on that this car wash was so reasonable $10 because I was the guy to vacuum and wipe down car which made sense when I was offered nice towels to purchase. I vacuum the heck out of the RAV and looked like it was going to be a useless wand really did an amazing job and almost sucked off my shirt and it really did amazing on my dog Trooper hair. When I was ready to leave I noticed that the back of the RAV was kinda dirty. So I saw the gals who checked me in and she knew exactly where I was speaking of and handed me a towel. It was the one I was supposed to purchase or provide myself but the thing was brand new and beautiful. I was told to get it wet at the sink near the handicap spot and wipe it away. It worked great and looked like a $50 car wash. As I left I than
