Terrible Experience – Beware of Unwanted Charges! Double charges and extra charges I visited this car wash about six months ago, drawn in by their call to support local businesses. However, my experience has been anything but positive. After my initial visit, I discovered that they continued to charge my card every month, despite my only using their services once. When I inquired about this, I was told that I had opted for a monthly subscription, which I did not. The staff handled all the transactions, and I wasn’t made aware of any ongoing charges. Every month, I attempted to cancel the subscription, only to be met with confusion and a lack of assistance from the staff. One employee even admitted she didn’t know how to process cancellations. After numerous attempts to resolve this issue, I finally received a receipt confirming my cancellation in August. I urge anyone considering this car wash to think twice. The lack of transparency and poor customer service makes it a place I will never return to.

Beware of the stealth subscription! I bought one car wash and I was surprised that the system automatically signs you up for a monthly subscription service. My card was hit with a $19.95 charge and thankfully my card issuer declined the charge due to unusual activity. Also tried reaching out to the owner but they haven’t set up their phone’s inbox. Owner, if you are reading this, contact me and know never wanted a subscription! Cancel the subscription service.

Used this express car wash in March 2026 and when asked to subscribe to their monthly fee, I declined. One month later I get a charge of $24.95 and then again I get charged $24.95 two months later. Repeatedly called to resolve this problem but no one answers their phone. I live 25 miles away and have no need for this service nor did I agree to their subscription. I canceled both payments with my bank and I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau since others report the same issue with this Car Wash site. They are running a scam.

Good place to go to get a quick car wash and they have free vacuums.

Got the 14.95 wash and most of my car looks great, but the back of the car barely got washed. Maybe the shape of a jeep thing but definitely will be noted for if I decide to try it again
