Sarah is always so helpful and takes the time to answer all of my questions every time I come in. She is very understanding, patient, and always makes me feel comfortable. I truly appreciate her great customer service and would definitely recommend asking for her if help needed on membership questions!

On 4/11/26 around 12:30-12:45pm: I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, one of the machines broke off my license plate right in front of my car. I mentioned this to a staff member, and they admitted that this happens occasionally, and their car license plates get bent too. Despite my complaint, nothing was done, and I was left feeling disappointed. Also the carpet machine was not accepting my dollar bills. As a result, I won’t be returning.

Do not go here separate occasions, two different cars my tires were burst.. first my Mercedes now my Mustang! And your employee, could’ve turned off the tire wash system.. I was rushed in the tunnel before I could read the disclosure.. I feel I should have been warned. Your employees should be trained better where they could tell if something is allowed in the tunnel wash. Absolutely no help at all. Thank you though.

I moved to this part of Houston about 3 weeks ago and have been looking for a good car wash place that meets all my car cleaning needs. I finally stumbled onto this place and honestly I’m so glad I found it. It has everything I need and the staff are really nice. One of the workers David was super sweet and helpful. I signed up for the monthly membership (26.99) for the one I chose. You’re able to wash your car twice a day everyday. There’s car mat cleaners, vending machine with cleaning supplies and they even have cleaning solutions for your vehicle. You do receive a towel which you are able to exchange when you need to.
