Nice park near the Indian River lagoon. Sites are clean. But anyone visiting is $24 per person per night. I have never been to a park that charged that much for family visiting. That’s why the 3 stars

Do not stay here.....let me be factual 1) You are limited to 3 hours a day to check in. Not 23....3 hours We had a mechanical breakdown about 3 hours out. We called Camelot to be a good customer to let them know we would be checking in later in the day and were told we should stay where we were, " As there are plenty of places in your area" and " we only allow check in 1-4PM. Have never heard of such a check in policy that allows any customer only 3 hours a day? 2) When I talked to the manager, and asked him why I could not check in 24 hrs a day alike KOA at which we can show up at midnight if needed,,,he said " I will call the sheriff if you come here at midnight". 3) The site, was at best, narrow. There were enough leaves in the septic entry point to open up a leaf factory. Hey Camelot....every heard of a leaf blower? 4) Doesn't want kids but had enough barking dogs to open up a pet shelter. Dogs barking both outside of RV's and barking inside when the owners left their dogs while off site. 5) From office staff, to leadership (Bobbie) to the two guys that escorted us to our small site, suggest you terminate everyone and start all over. We stayed for a month last Feb. and we’re met with friendly faces ( not intrusive friendly). And fully enjoyed our stay so much so we are going back again at the end of this month. Close to all amenities beaches!!! Shops!!! Food!!! Sites!!! No issue with family coming to visit or equipment. Love Adult site!

We are loving it. View from their private Pier. Anyone that has put a negative review is just not going to be happy no matter what. This is a great park staff if very courteous and we have been in several parks in Florida that we can not say that. Found our new home here. As we said first Loving it.
