Cannot recommend the service department more highly. We hit something in the road heading out on a holiday weekend and they worked us in and got us back on the road. Fast efficient service, fair prices and very nice people. You should definitely consider them for RV repairs! They are fantastic!

I bought a travel trailer November 2025. I’m 21 so I don’t have much credit history, my grandma offered to co-sign. We picked the trailer and then began the process of applying for a loan. Unfortunately even with a co-signer I didn’t get approved and the sales rep said the only way to get it was to have my grandma the main person on the loan, so we denied and left the building. As we walked out the door the manger actually ran after us and asked what had happen. Then he told us he can try and actually directly reach out to the loan company’s to try for me to get approval and he will call and let us know an update. Well a few hours later he called me and told me that I got approved. When we went back the next day he said the interest rate was 11% but if we bought a 5 year warranty for $3,000 they would lower my rate to 6.99%. So I did. Well almost a year later I called the credit union which is Alliant and I couldn’t authorize anything on my account. Come to find out the loan is actually in my grandmas name. Trailer is in my grandmas name. Alliant credit union does not offer rates over 7.74%. The credit union apologized to me on behalf of camping world and mentioned this is common f

A Wonderful Experience at Camping World! Five stars definitely! We recently purchased & brought home our trailer from Camping World and had such a great experience from start to finish! Our salesperson, Jeff, was absolutely fantastic. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was taken care of. He even came in on his day off to make sure everything went smoothly when we picked up our trailer. That kind of dedication really stood out to us! Bonus points for being a Dodger fan & sharing his fishing tips! Juan, our mechanic who gave us the walkthrough, was incredible. He clearly knew what he was talking about and took the time to show us how to use everything and answer all of our questions. We left feeling much more confident about our new trailer! Joe handled our paperwork and was also great. He made sure all of our questions were answered and helped make the process as smooth as possible. Chris, the manager, who went above and beyond by including an additional warranty for us. We really appreciated that! Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better team. We did not have a good experience after the purchase. They have very poor communication skills. After many trips and many hours of waiting for service to be completed and attempting to pick up the trailer we bought, for one reason or another due to lack of communication we could not get our trailer home. They even had the nerve to want to over charge an insane amount to find out why the lights were not connecting and said it was a minimum 4 hour job. I asked if it could be a fuse and the technician said it was out of his assigned hour and could not look. Mind you our truck was there for hours! We took our truck back home, over an hour away and checked the fuse box. It was missing the fuse needed. They do not care about your time or communicating with you. The only person at that place worth dealing with is Jacob. He was the only person that took the time to explain and go over everything with us. Do not trust them!

Look for the giant flag when you get off interstate on west side. Tons of shopping and restaurants nearby. I could tell they were a very high volume dealer and the employees were busy and happy. I went to front desk and not only did they point me in the right direction but escorted me to the desk I needed.
