Took my 2022 Genesis there for repairs to slide outside and water leak in the fresh water tanks. They fought the warranty company hard to pay for the damages. I cannot thank then enough. Total love for this place. Took slightly longer than expected but only because of shipping for parts and the warranty company being difficult.

You know I’ve been to a lot of RV places and it’s not always the best experience but this place goes above and beyond! I can’t recommend this place enough. The service is friendly attentive and they’re not trying to guide you! If you want some great RV service make sure you check these guys out.

Overall, I was satisfied with much of the work Caprock RV performed on my motorhome. The staff was generally professional, and several aspects of the service met my expectations. To be absolutely clear, I was not upset about purchasing the motorhome, and money was not the issue. By this point, I had already spent over $13,000 in parts and labor without hesitation, and I would have paid for Caprock RV to install a new leveling system. The issue was dishonest and inconsistent pricing, specifically what I believe was an astronomical $2,000 markup on the leveling system. I was initially told over the phone that replacing the leveling system would cost $10,000 not including labor, because my existing system was no longer manufactured. After doing my own research and calling back to ask which system would be installed, I was then told the leveling system itself cost $4,500–$5,000, but Caprock RV would sell it to me for $7,000. When I questioned the difference, I was told it covered parts and labor — which directly contradicted the earlier statement that $10,000 did not include labor. Brought our RV yesterday for water leak we are not sure where coming from. Wes was very accommodating and was told it might take days to see and fix it b/c of their busy schedule.Also told me if they’re not busy, they might fix it during that day. Truly the best RV Repair shop I’ve been to. The very next day , our Rv is back on the road again. This is my go to shop from now on. Highly recommended for all RV repair services. Craprock RV services was the best, they helped me with a plumbing issue as well as an electrical wiring issue in a very timely manner. Very professional staff and very good workmanship the entire experience, I could not think of a better place to have taken my Camper. Would recommend this place to anyone with any type of motor home. I will be returning with the my business in the future.
