Malik did an outstanding job cleaning my car! He was professional, thorough, and paid attention to every detail. At Car Spa the name says it all! They guys here are always detail oriented from the actual car to the bill! They make sure you’re satisfied, happy, and your vehicle turns out great inside and out! With the outmost attention to detail your left with a car that appears to have left the dealer the day you purchased it! All in all the team works great to efficiently get your car back but without leaving anything unturned and every spot cleaned out! I recently brought my car to Car Spa Allen and, after talking with the cashier up front about what would best fit my needs, decided on the Mini Detail Package. I’m so glad I did! The entire team worked incredibly hard on my car, and the results were amazing. It honestly looked better than when I first got it. Every detail was taken care of, and you could tell the team took pride in their work. A special shoutout to Rafic, the manager. He provided outstanding customer service and was working right alongside his team the entire time. It’s always refreshing to see a manager willing to get his hands dirty and lead by example. His dedication and commitment to making sure customers are happy really stood out. The team made sure I was completely satisfied before I left, and the level of care and attention they provided was exceptional. I highly recommend Car Spa Allen and will definitely be back! Edited on 06/21/26 My dog got out in the rain and was covered in mud. I had to pick her up in my car and my interior was trashed. I knew to bring my car back to CarSpa and have them help. This is just some of the pictures and we have a LOT more. Paid $40 for a detail (screenshot shows whats included) and this is how they left it. Sure my husband is blue collar and does lots of jobs which leads to his truck being dirty but this is embarrassing with how bad they left it. Everything i took a picture of moves with a swipe of a finger so there is no excuse for it to look like this… they rushed us in and out and clearly just wanted us gone. I don't recommend.
