I had never experienced this problem before taking my Tesla here. I paid $45 dollars for this wash. It is NOT inexpensive. It was one of the least expensive options. After the wash, the front windshield was left badly smeared, making it extremely difficult to see through, especially in bright sunlight and at night. A clean windshield is one of the most important parts of driving safely, so this was incredibly frustrating. I wish they never touched it. I expected much better attention to detail from a professional car wash. Especially for $45 dollars charged for this. Instead, I was left with a windshield that was worse than when I arrived. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this location based on my experience.

Kai did my inspection and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He also walked me through the different car wash packages without making me feel pressured, which I really appreciated. The whole experience was quick, professional, and easy. Thanks, Kai, for making the visit such a positive one!

I’m glad I found Car Spa—a place that truly met my expectations. If you go in for a state inspection, you get a free car wash; if you go for a wash, you’ll have a fast, quality, and professionalism in every aspect of the service. Thanks to Angie and her team. I purchased the $65 SUV Diamond Mini Detail package for my car, which included cleaning the cup holders, vacuuming, and wiping the seats. The service was very fast; however, at the end, my seats looked the same, and I don’t think they were wiped or vacuumed at all. The dashboard and screen were still dirty. The windows still look dirty The cup holders were still dirty and had not been touched at all. The carpet looked only halfway done, and there was still dust everywhere. The trunk looked the same as before. The Diamond Mini Detail package also came with the Diamond Wash, but it looked like a normal wash to me and didn’t even look clean. There were black spots that looked like some kind of coating visible on the car. I don't think i will ever come back.

Don’t go. Went to the self pay, no warning about antennas. Paid, went to the entrance, still nothing about antennas but warnings about your wipers. Damaged in the spinning things. Got to the drying and told someone. They looked at it, tried to bend it back, couldn’t, shrugged their shoulders and continued drying. After they finished went to the office. Front desk told me go see the manager over there somewhere and pointed outside. He was not outside. Finally after waiting 10 minutes he came to ask if I was the one about the antenna. Went outside with him to look. He said bend it back, I told him that would snap off the already damaged metal and make it a worse fix. He said well we aren’t liable for antennas. I asked where it said that, and he pointed to a sign no where near the self pay and in size 20 font that said whatever he was saying. No apologies no remorse, just look at the sign and get out. Don’t go here.
