Buyer Beware!!!! Talk about WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I have 2 trucks that I had Kenwood Systems put in at this location of Car Toys. Spending well over $6k between the 2. Both trucks are giving the same exact error message out of the blue stating there is an issue with the speaker wiring. With that neither truck has any sound. Already had issues at time of install because they could not grasp why we would still want all the functions in our steering wheel to work after they were done installing the system. Had to take it back to have them put the correct harness in to correct that issue. Anyways we took one of the trucks in Saturday for them to fix. They called us right before closing to say they “think” it’s the front speakers. We asked if they tested to verify, of course they said no. Then they needed to keep the truck til Monday as they were about to close. Monday we get a call and great news, our speakers work great ….. so it must be the unit. Now they want us to replace the Kenwood Unit. I asked if they tested that to verify, again …. Nope!!!! We go up there to pickup our vehicle and I start pushing them on how they recommended replacement of something that they haven’

This place is an absolute JOKE. They will tell you your speakers are bad, when they are not! Then they will change their story come Monday because you did not believe them. Now, the less than 3 yr old ($1,000) head unit is bad. “It’s going to need a new radio and new install.” Then, literally claim they DID NOT sell me those items. They sold and installed it ALL. Good luck getting more than McDonald’s drive thru answers from them. They all blame each other with ZERO accountability. Then leave wires everywhere without a care in the world. (See pic). The smirk grin on mustache boys face will tell you how they feel about you. PSA, they have gone bankrupt, but still operate under cartoys name. BUYER BEWARE!! If you’ve ever had them install anything at all, they have no record of it. SCAM! FRAUD!

In a pinch these guys delivered and got the minivan TV set up that I just couldn’t figure out myself. Took the time to explain it all to me and show me it was working fine. Got it done same day even though they had to go a little beyond their typical hours. Much appreciated!

They took care of rewiring my entire car after a bad install from someone I found on yelp(bad idea if they don’t have many reviews…). Christian did a great job wiring everything, He used high quality materials that are really going to pay off in the long run. He was easy to work with and he showed me a lot to help me operate my system. Austin was also great to work with, taking many calls from me and walking me through each step. Glad I found them!

These guys are knowledgeable and passionate about sound and tint!! They changed the look and feel of my F150. So...short story time...this is my first time buying a vehicle that wasn't a replacement for a broken one. Thusly, I'd always had subs and an amp from the broken one to put in the newer one. All I knew for sure was that I wanted certain subs. One of the associates there mentioned that the service manager had the same pickup I was getting the install in and offered to let me hear some music from his system!! I listened and knew I needed a setup like that. They delivered...in spades...nicely and quickly and without flaw. Yeah. That way. Always remember...you get what you pay for. Go see them STAT!!!! Edit/addition: they added a lightbar right under the tailgate and wired it to work just like my brake lights. It's awesome.
