Unethical management and business. Old equipment, which damaged my new truck, management acknowledged blame and initial pretended to file a claim, then played the ignore game. Wouldn’t touch them with a 10 foot barge pole (weasels).

There is a do-it-yourself wash, which is fine if you don't want to go through a machine, but the knob to switch settings doesn't always work and the dryer is usually broken. It's also in a secluded section from the gas station that is incredibly dark at night. Still, if you need to get something off your car and are afraid to scratch paint through a machine, there is always this option.

Stopped working 1 minute into a car wash, had to reverse out of the wash to get out. The screen said this car wash is out of service. No number or contact or anything. Waste of money.

Overall I enjoy my touchless car wash. However, this car wash and most drive-through car washers Have amated cost and feature of tire cleaning and you should never pay for the extra wheel cleaning. That's because none of the wheel cleaning brushes work on these systems and they don't tell you that

**Warning** DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! It is NOT Touchless! Large brush crushed the back window and damaged the roof of my car. I have spent weeks trying to get the owner to acknowledge my existence and pay for my repairs to no avail. They are doing everything they can to avoid responding to me. Only communication is an agent from their insurance company telling me that the gas station reported no issues with the car wash. Apparently equipment malfunctions don't happen in real life as a one off thing. This likely means I will have to use my personal automobile policy for the repairs, have to pay my deductible and be penalized with higher rates when I come up for renewal
