Always a good experience here. Drop for my company. Easy in , easy out. Met the loveliest young man at check in a couple of days ago. Bryson is such a gem. So polite and pleasant and made the appointment so much better. Cargill you are lucky to have such a wonderful representative for the company. 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Friendly people check in, wait for the dock, and ensure your trailer is spotless. If it’s not, you need to get it wash and you’ll be out within an hour and a half.

Love coming here. Very limited parking on both sides of the entrance. Make sure you aren’t blocking the gates of the businesses on the left side as you enter. Park along the fence. Walk up to security. They’ll check you in and send you to the S&R Clerk to finalize check in. You then go back to your truck and await a door assignment. If picking up it will be door 1-4. Once given a door you enter and weigh empty. Write your weight down. Back into your door with tandems slid all the way back. Once loaded they knock on your door and send you to weigh again. If daytime after weighing park beside the building and walk into Shipping & Receiving. Give her your weights and get your bills and leave. If at night drive to the gate and give the weights to the guard and they will get you your BOL’s. Waiting for a door can take a while. You get loaded when they get your product. Yes it’s that fresh. But, once you’re in the dock. Loading is very quick. I’ve been here many times. I usually get a door in less than 2hours. Once I waited 4 but it was pre Thanksgiving and they were packed. Once in the door it’s never taken more than an hour to be completed and rolling. There scales have always been wit

This was my first time but I had no problems at all i picked up a loaded trailer so I was in and out pretty quick. The lady at the guard was really nice. They make you sign some paper saying u wont take pics while inside idk if they meant inside the building or what tbh I didnt stop to read it sooo just to be safe I only have some of the street signs b4 u get in

You have to park on the small street or in front of the gate, then check in with the guard. If your load is ready for pick up you are in luck if not, next day is going to be! possibly... I was there for 26h, first they said your load is ready, we just have to transload, then after 6h, they said the customer added freight and will be ready next day who knows when... That was my experience at Cargill Waco, TX
