Went for a oil change. It was my first time There was no wait. However, their professional and friendliness needs work. They didn't welcome as a first time visitor nor give me the details of pricing. There were about 5 people hovered around my vehicle as if they were learning what to do. I wasnt offered anything not even water and it was extremely hot in vehicle, i had to open my side doors of my van to allow some air in, i had wish i had taken out my child but didnt expect a long process since there was no one else there with 5 employees. When everything was done one employee stated you took your car to take 5 didnt you... well they overfilled your engine and just stared as if he wanted me to react or talk bad. I know everyone wants business but talking bad about someone's work is not okay. I mean what could i do. It was done already. I felt embarrassed as if i did something wrong.

So first off the guy just asked for a tip before handing me the keys. It took a lot longer than usual and I was in a rush so I drove off without inspecting. Worse time to do that. He only wiped down the front seat and dash nothing else. And that's after he took an hour with my car, doing what? Idk? Definitely not cleaning it. Their was even sand on the back of the seat. This place used to be good, but I'm not coming back after service like this. I wasn't even expecting much besides wipe down the seats,dash, and vacuum. He couldnt even do that. He even took some cash I had rolling in my car. I've been there done that. I understand struggle. That's why I even tipped him when he asked.

I hadn’t visited Carisma in several years. So today I stopped in paid about $30.00 dollars for a full service car wash. I was very disappointed in the service I got. Where you pickup your vehicle the cement has so much grime and oil on it that you track it into your vehicle after a wash. I went to the lady at the front desk and made a complaint about it and showed her pictures of my floor mat. She acted like it wasn’t a big deal. She stated it’s okay we are going through a complete remodel in a few weeks. I was totally in shock. She didn’t even offer to clean the mat or try to make it right. I had to ask for a managers phone number so I could get some help. Plus they didn’t even wipe my rims down at all. See attached photos. Very unsatisfactory work and very disappointing. Very unsatisfied customer.

The workers left wax on the roof of my truck as well as on the very top of the hood close to the windshield. Luckily I caught it quick and wiped the excess off before any damage was done, due to the sun. On top of that, they didn’t bother to vacuum in between the front seats, so I had to make another stop on the way home at a self car wash. More money spent. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. That’s because I was generous enough to leave them a tip after I spent $200 on the “complete detail”. Judging from other reviews it doesn’t look like they’ll do anything to fix their mistakes. Don’t waste your money at this place. The service I got was lousy.

I love that my dogs and I can go have fun in my jeep then I drop it off with these guys and a few hours later they make it feel like I’m driving it brand new of the car lot again! Around 100 dollars more than just getting a oil change at the dealership and I get the same oil change, hard wax, amorall everything, and carpets shampooed in 2-3 hrs. Always super friendly and it always shows that they take pride in what they do. Don’t know about the other locations but I wouldn’t take my jeep anywhere else. The guys at 4099 Saratoga location are amazing! Thank you!
