We brought our vehicle in early on August 30th for an interior detail. Red flags appeared right away: the shop was staffed entirely by a young crew with no manager present, and after filling out the paperwork, no one even asked us for the keys because they were too busy talking amongst themselves. We were quoted an eight-hour turn-around. They called early to let us know it was ready, but when we arrived, an employee named Amir walked us out and admitted the technician who shampooed our seats couldn't get the stains out. In reality, it was a half-assed job. Amir offered to touch up the spots himself and was actually able to lift the stains the first tech claimed were permanent, but the rest of the vehicle was still a mess. The trunk was completely untouched, the windows were dirty, and they made the amateur safety mistake of applying a slick, silicone-based dressing to our all-weather rubber floor mats. Realizing how much was missed, Amir offered to finish the job if we brought it back the next day. We brought it back the following morning, and when we picked it up, it looked noticeably better than it had on day one. However, we still have to degrease the floor mats and clean the w

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kevin was amazing! He’s such a great worker and honestly the best worker at the car wash. He was friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was done perfectly. Definitely a 10/10 experience! I’ll definitely be coming back again. Thank you, Kevin, for the great service!

I had an excellent experience thanks to Alyssa. She assisted me when I went through the car wash and did a fantastic job detailing my car. She was very professional, friendly, and paid great attention to detail to make sure everything looked perfect. My car looked spotless when she was finished.
