This specific location of Carnation auto spa is unequivocally the best Car Wash that I've ever been to since I've started driving cars and having them washed all the way back to the 1970s. I wholeheartedly disagree with any review that suggests the employees are lazy or incompetent or anything but spectacular employees, always with smiles on their faces and polite attitudes and always looking for ways to help their customers! I cannot imagine any Car Wash being any better than this one relative to the employees that are an integral part of the service that they offer! Keep it up team!

I love the wide space to vacuum our car!! Area was very clean, well organized and bottles labeled. I appreciate the complimentary glass cleaner and cold water as it was 102 degrees outside. Staff were around cleaning and assisting customers! This is definitely one of the better car washes in the area!

I like to visit carnation auto spas throughout the DFW area and I can say by far this location is the laziest location this company owns. District or regional managers should seriously consider doing some undercover boss type of situation at this location because wow. It’s insane. I have the package where they dry and do tire shine and let me tell you I may just downgrade because at what point is it worth it?

BEWARE. The $11 basic wash caused $1,200 worth of paint damage to my tailgate and the car wash is not accepting liability. Car wash caused damage 2/2/26. I spoke to the manager Jorge on 2/3, we watched high quality video footage in several angles confirming no damage on my tailgate entering the car wash and 100% visible damage on the tailgate when the car exited. Jorge told me to take it to a body shop (I took it where he suggested) on 2/4. I brought Jorge the estimate on 2/5 and he seemed shocked at the cost and said he had to check with his supervisor on how to proceed. On 2/9 I get an e-mail stating that I must file a claim with my insurance company, then provide Jorge (the manager) with the claim # and that he would forward it to the appropriate person/department which would then be sent to their insurance carrier (he would not provide the name). I filed a claim with my insurance on 2/10 and the details were provided to the manager Jorge the same day. My insurance agent finally got a call from Carnation's insurance carrier AmTrust on 2/26. Carnation did not report my claim/damage to AmTrust until 2/26. Why 16 days later? I got a denial letter from AmTrust on 4/15 indicating t

I’ve been a customer here for years, and recently my truck was damaged during a wash. I brought it to the manager Jorge’s attention, and he took the time to listen and address my concerns right away. He had me fill out the necessary paperwork and made sure the process moved forward smoothly. Jorge stayed in contact with me throughout, keeping me updated on when parts would arrive and what to expect with the repair. I really appreciate the honesty, communication, and accountability. Because of that, CarNation will continue to be my go-to car wash. Great customer service goes a long way!
