Very Disappointing Experience I signed up for a one-month free car wash offer after receiving the promotional text and providing my card information. When I came back for my second wash, I was told the offer had expired. My biggest concern is getting my card details removed. I was told again that I have to come back tomorrow just to get my card information removed. Even the employee told me, “If I were you, I would definitely come back tomorrow to get it removed.” Why should I have to keep coming back for something this simple? If employees have access to check the promotion and account details, why don’t they have access to remove the card information? I don’t want to keep making trips to this location just to get my card details removed. Also, if the offer is only for one wash, why advertise it as a one-month offer and send promotional texts about it? Just clearly state that it’s a one-time car wash instead of collecting customers’ card information. This is extremely frustrating and a complete waste of my time. Very disappointed with the way this promotion and customer service have been handled.

I had a great experience at Carnation Auto Spa - McKinney. The staff was friendly and professional, and the entire process was quick and efficient. My car came out looking clean inside and out, with great attention to detail. The facility was clean and comfortable, and the pricing felt reasonable for the quality of service. I'd definitely return for another wash.

I had a great experience at the car wash thanks to James, From the moment I arrived, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. It’s rare to come across someone who takes pride in providing excellent customer service, but James definitely does. He made the whole experience smooth and welcoming, and his positive attitude really stood out. We need more people in customer service like him — hardworking, respectful, and kind. After running my vehicle through Carnation AutoSpa, I came out with heavy streaking and dirt still clearly visible — especially on the rear glass. I took photos and video immediately because I couldn’t believe how poor the result was. It honestly looked like parts of the vehicle barely got cleaned, and I left feeling like my vehicle looked worse than when I entered. What made the experience even more frustrating was the staff interaction during the drying phase. From what I observed, the vehicles ahead of me were being dried, so naturally I expected the same service. However, when I pulled forward, I was told “NO” in Spanish and waved off without any explanation. There was no effort to clarify what was included in my wash or why I was being skipped. This was never explained when purchasing the wash, so the assumption is that the same process applies to every vehicle. Being brushed off without explanation — and not having staff available who could communicate in English to answer basic questions — made the situation even more frustrating. At the end of the day, a paid car wash should at least leave your vehicle visibly cleaner, and customer service should make things clearer, not

I stopped for a quick vacuum underneath the seats! I always appreciate a business that provides high pressure air to spray the debris out of those hard to reach places. The first set of vacuums I grabbed seemed to low pressure, but I was able to use the set on the other side of the vehicle to finish the job! I appreciate the microfiber cleaning cloth and window cleaning spray.
