Great service from Niroj! We loved the car wash. We’re from Louisiana and needed to get our vehicle cleaned before hitting the road. We were in town for an AAU basketball tournament and decided to stop by. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and our vehicle looked great. We highly recommend Carnation Auto Spa!

Wasted $350 in this location! We purchase the ultimate detail package. Manager at the booth told me it would take around four hours…not even 2 hours later I received a call saying that our truck was ready. We arrived and we immediately notice the job halfway done. The gentleman that cleaned out truck was upset when we pointed out several spots that have not even touched. Manager apologized and said he had already warned his employee about checking his work first before stating he is done. Apparently they had this issue with him in the past. Manager asked us to leave the truck and return 4 hrs later. Another employee detailed it and the results were still not better. Mirror smeared, places untouched, places where their cleaning solution just dripped and wasn’t wiped, etc. Super disappointed. Definitely will not be back. I gave it 2 starts because the manager was very attentive and cordial. I almost forgot mention that they left the seats soaked. The only reason we tipped him $40 to the second guy is because he was nice and respectful, not like the first guy who was rude.

do NOT waste your time here !! decided to purchase a $200 detail today from carnation in murphy. drove off and realized multiple knick knacks that weren’t cleaned. went back and talked to JOHN and requested a refund due to incomplete service. he stated they’re unable to issue a refund due to the “service already being completed” - as the photos indicate this is INACCURATE. he continued to laugh in our faces, refused to get in contact with his manager, and proceeded to walk away and ignore me instead of addressing the situation. completely unacceptable and unprofessional, why hire someone so incompetent like this to be the face of their murphy location? DO BETTER. (shoutout to GAVIN who stepped in and helped clean our vehicle!! we appreciate you!)

This place is listed to close at 8:00 pm. But it is not even 7:45 pm. I chose to come to this location out of the several other options in the area. Other locations which are open per their listed hours. General public: Go to another location. Don't waste your time here Carnation Auto Spa: If you care about your company, you'll not allow this type of ridiculous BS when you're company name is on the building. Just a word of advice If you want to stay successful; abide by the hours that you yourself have listed. It's just good business. Something your employees at this location know nothing about. Alternatively you could maintain your hours properly on Google. That could help too!
