Chevron in Aliso Viejo is one of those spots that does the basics right and then goes a step further. Easy access, clean layout, and everything moves efficiently. You’re not sitting there wondering what’s going on or waiting forever just to get gas. The station itself is consistently clean. Pumps are well maintained, receipt printers usually work, and there’s enough space to get in and out without dealing with the usual cramped chaos you see at other stations. It sounds simple, but it matters when you’re trying to get in and out quickly. Inside, the convenience store is stocked better than most. Drinks are cold, shelves are organized, and you can actually find what you’re looking for without digging around. Staff is straightforward and gets people through the line without unnecessary delays. No attitude, no confusion, just efficient service. The standout here is the car wash, especially the car wash club. If you live nearby and care at all about keeping your car clean, this is a no-brainer. I am writing to formally address an incident that occurred during my visit to your establishment today, which I found to be deeply concerning and unacceptable. I arrived this morning with a positive mindset, intending to have my vehicle detailed. After waiting for over five minutes without any customer service presence, an employee finally approached me. However, the interaction quickly turned unprofessional. Instead of providing assistance, the employee questioned my choice of a black vehicle and made disparaging remarks about its cleanliness. He went on to imply that my large SUV was not worth the effort to clean, which I found both disrespectful and inappropriate. When I mentioned that I had received better service and pricing at other car washes, the employee called me a liar and continued to make personal comments about my vehicle. I felt compelled to address his negative attitude and unprofessional behavior, as it was not conducive to a respectful customer experience. I don't go to car washes a lot, but when I do I like to go to this one. The food from the cafe is cooked fresh and is really good. I had the Mr. Somebody (Chougin?) burrito today and it was awesome! They have also upgraded their coffee to The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf brand. $2.19 for 24 oz. cup, way cheaper than Starbucks and just as good. Oh yeah, the car looked great too 😁

Probably the best gas station I’ve seen around here. I always come here for the all hands car wash. It is the cheapest all hands car wash I can find around this area. Gas is a bit pricey, so I get my gas at the Costco down the road.
