Extremely disappointed, car wasnt very dirty as i had already washed it before hand and they still managed to miss very obvious things in the interior. For these prices, i believe the attention to details should be slightly higher. I don’t believe ill be keeping my pricey monthly membership if this is the service and standards this location possess.

Very disappointing experience. I paid for the Ultimate car wash package, which is supposed to be the highest level of service, but the quality of the cleaning was extremely poor. After receiving my car, I checked the interior and found visible dust, dirt, and debris in multiple areas. The door compartments were not properly cleaned, the rear air vent and USB area still had dust and debris, and the back seats were visibly dirty with particles and marks still left behind. I took several pictures immediately after the service, and they clearly show the condition of the interior. I paid extra for the Ultimate package, expecting a thorough and detailed cleaning, but the result was nowhere near what I paid for. If I am paying for the highest-priced package, I should not have to go home and clean the areas that were supposed to be cleaned by the car wash. The lack of attention to detail was very disappointing. Based on my experience, I feel that I paid for an Ultimate service but received a much lower level of cleaning. Came in to get my car washed. They didn’t really vacuum the inside very well and the windshield still has a lot of stuff on it. They tried to upsell me on buffing my hood (an extra $99 which is a lot,) but I had already sprayed stuff on it to help lift whatever gunk is on there. With the power washer they do before it goes in the car wash, it should’ve lifted. The dash still has dust as well as the trunk door. I can still see a lot of dog hair. Disappointed because I understand times are hard but it makes me feel like when I tip, it’s for nothing.

Extremely disappointed with my experience here. During the car wash, a large exterior trim/molding piece on my car came off completely. This was not damaged or loose beforehand, and it’s clear the wash equipment caused it. What’s frustrating is that this is avoidable damage caused while the vehicle was under their care. A car wash should leave your car cleaner, not damaged. Hoping the management takes responsibility and improves how they handle customer vehicles.

Very disappointing experience at Classic Car Wash today. A few days ago, I was told that the barcode on the car could still be read by the wash machine, but not by the employee’s tablet, so the account had to be looked up manually. I was also told there were still two full-service washes left on the plan for this car, including interior and exterior. This morning, I came back expecting to use one of those washes and was suddenly told there were none left. So which employee was wrong, the one who told me I had two remaining, or the one today telling me I had none on my given plan. Get it together. Instead of helping resolve the confusion, the person assisting me, who appeared to be a supervisor, was pushy, defensive, and focused on upselling. He kept pushing additional monthly upgrades for a plan that is not even mine, since the car belongs to my boyfriend. What bothered me most was the tone. There was no empathy or patience, just pressure and attitude. If staff are giving conflicting information or their system is not working properly, that is not the customer’s fault. To be fair, the employees washing and drying the cars have usually been kind and sweet over the years. My iss
