I booked Clean Rydz’s “Standard Maintenance” package, which was advertised at $125 and described as including a vacuum, interior wipe down, wash, wax application, tire shine, windows, etc. Based on the website description, I reasonably believed this was a maintenance-level detail package available for purchase. The booking process was not great from the start. My appointment request sat unconfirmed until I reached out myself the evening before. The next morning I drove over 30 minutes to the appointment location and arrived on time. After waiting several minutes past my scheduled appointment time, I had to call before anyone came out to greet me. Once the detailer inspected my vehicle, I was told the package I booked could not be performed because my vehicle was not already in “maintained condition.” I was then quoted approximately $240 instead—nearly double the advertised service price. A $20 discount was offered, but that still left the service far above what I had booked and budgeted for. My biggest issue is not the pricing. Excellent interior detailing job! I purchased the full service package that they offer for interior detailing, "Ultra" level, if I remember correctly. It is 3 hours of deep cleaning, and now my car looks better than it has ever looked before. I bought it used about 2 years ago, so I never saw it fresh from the factory, but if someone showed me this interior and told me that this was, in fact, new off the factory floor, I would likely accept that as the truth without a second thought. It is simply that clean and that immaculate. Everything is shining, sparkling, and smells great. Absolutely fantastic. 10 out of 10. Oh, and they managed to get caramel out of the leather passenger seat after it had been spilled and dried months ago. It was caked and dirt and I had previously tried to clean it off to no success, but now I can't even tell there was ever an issue with gunk and dirt on the passenger seat.

Incredible Service and Flawless Results! I recently had my Tesla Model Y detailed and ceramic-coated, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The attention to detail was absolutely amazing. The car looks better than new—the ceramic coating has given it an incredible, mirror-like shine that turns heads everywhere we go. Not to mention, the interior look amazing, you wouldn’t even know we had two dogs that she’d like crazy. The pricing was also extremely reasonable, especially considering the high-quality work that was done. They were professional, punctual, and took the time to explain the entire process, making sure I understood how to maintain the finish long-term. It's clear that they care about their customers and their craft. If you're looking for a detailer who delivers top-notch work at a great price, look no further. Highly recommend!

Contacted Alan Auto Restoration for an interior detail. My interior was not pretty, a friend threw up in the vehicle. I explained the situation to Najeem and my car was spotless 3 hours later!! Incredible response time and customer service! My car looks & feels brand new. Pricing is more than reasonable! I was also given an amazing first customer deal. There was also a big scratch across my passenger side. He got the majority of the scratch (and other small door dings) out without me even asking. (Again I was only supposed to get in interior detail) His attention to detail was outstanding! They went above and beyond with making my car look and feel brand new. I will definitely be booking with Najeem again. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would!
