Overpriced for everything that wasn’t done. $25 and the inside of my car is still dirty, dusty & barely vacuumed. The trunk wasn’t touched at all, despite there was absolutely nothing in there. I’ve gone there for years. When I pointed out that I had been a customer for years, and it would never look like this I was told that’s the way it’s always been. It’s never been this poorly done. Really disappointed.Time to find a new car wash.

I got the full wash package (inside and out). Everything was fine. Everyone was very nice. They did a mediocre job, but that isn't my issue. Upon leaving and starting to drive down the road, I went to plug in my phone charger which they unplugged to clean totally understand. However, I'm trying to plug it in and it won't go in and I'm trying to figure out why. I finally get pulled over and look at my charger port and there is a screw in it, how it got there, I have no idea. Nonetheless, I called and spoke with the manager, he tells me to come back and he'll take care of it. I get there, he gets the screw out. I think everything is fine. Well my charger is no longer working. He sees that I'm struggling and asks if it's working? I tell him no. He proceeds to say oh it must have blown a fuse. I say so what do I have to do? He tells me I need to get a new fuse. My car is a Mercedes. I don't know how to change a fuse. And I was not offered any kind of help or suggestions of maybe where to go to get it fixed because I surely don't want to take it to Mercedes, because they want $86. I feel like the situation should have been handled a lot better and with a lot more kindness. I didn't put

I had my vehicle fully detailed at Coachman Car Wash and I couldn’t be happier! From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, efficient, and absolutely worth it. The team paid attention to every single detail — inside and out. My car looks brand new again! The interior is spotless, the seats and carpets look refreshed, and the exterior shines like it just rolled off the showroom floor. They didn’t miss a thing. Thank you, Coachman Car Wash, for a great customer experience. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Do not go here unless you want you want a half done surface cleaning. Firstly I paid for the ultimate clean (the more expensive option) when they gave my car back I realised this was not done, I asked them if that’s what they did and they realised they had only done the standard clean, the lady was nice and proceeded to continue to do the full cleaning. I got my car back and there is still dirt and sand all over the mats, almost like it wasn’t vacuumed, the product they use smells like out of date milk, they forgot the air freshener. I went home and spent an hour more finishing something they didn’t. See photos. I will not be returning.

Came here for the first time last week and they did a great job. It did cost $30 which is more than I pay in Miami I must say. The staff was courteous and professional. The black guy that vacuumed greeted me with enthusiasm and was professional and did a fantastic job. There are vending machines, rest rooms outside. Inside they sell some things like car odor refreshers and cards. There are seats inside in the waiting area with a window to the washing machines. There are people drying the cars and polishing with a cloth outside. My car was finished by a female in the older age range, she did an amazing job and she spoke Spanish. I gave her a nice tip. I heard from someone to used to work here that the tips from the common box doesn’t get split amongst everyone so I gave her and the guy with the vacuum their tips directly.
