Crista Car Wash, Chevron & Quick Lube is hands down one of the worst car wash experiences I’ve ever had. Not only did they do a terrible wash job, but their track also damaged BOTH of my driver-side wheels. I brought in a perfectly fine vehicle and left furious over avoidable damage that never should have happened. The wash itself looked sloppy and rushed — dirt still left on the car, streaks everywhere, and absolutely not worth the money. When I brought up the wheel damage, the staff acted like they couldn’t care less. No accountability, no concern, just excuses. If you value your car at all, stay far away from this place. A car wash should clean your vehicle, not damage it and then shrug it off like it’s your problem.

Been going to this car wash on and off over 2 decades. This is the last time I will be going here. Paid for the $31 car wash. Car still had bugs on it and the rocker panels were still dirty. They tried to make it right, ran the car thought the wash again. Still the same results. Guess it time to hit up mobile detailer.

15 Years. Done. I have been bringing my cars to Crista for 15 years. Oil changes, car washes, all of it. I was loyal because this place used to earn it. That ended today. I came in with a coupon posted on Crista’s own website. $10 off a synthetic oil change, listed at $97.99. My BMW requires synthetic. Seems straightforward. My bill came back at $175. No explanation, no apology, just a shrug. This is not the first time. My wife was turned away with a coupon they mailed directly to our house. At some point a pattern stops being an oversight and starts being a policy. And it is not just the billing. The waiting area tells the same story. The chairs are falling apart, peeling down to the foam, covered with slipcovers that do not fit. It looks like a storage unit, not a customer lounge. These are the details that show whether a business takes pride in what it does. Crista has coasted for years on being a SCV institution, and I think they know it. The gas prices are the highest in the city. The service has quietly gotten worse. And now the coupons they print and mail to your home are apparently decorative. Brought my truck into Crista Car Wash for the first time. Big mistake wasted my time and money. After it was washed I walked by it and there were bugs still on the front grill.... I pointed it out to the employee and asked him if he could re-wash it. He then proceeded to take a sponge and grind the bugs into the paint. After he said he was done with it I walked around the truck and it was still completely dirty. They didn't clean the running boards, the cup holders are dirty, the entire truck still needs a wash. I asked for the manager where he proceeded to tell me “it looks fine.” My advice do not go here. They also charge $5 extra for trucks. Service was rude and the quality is horrendous.

Keystone cops of oil changes. Couldn't articulate what I needed to do at any point in this operation. I'm embarrassed for them and their incompetence. I found it odd that I needed to get out of the car in the first place but once I did I was on my own. Wandering aimlessly and nobody at the garage, the Chevron (where you are assumably supposed to magically know to wait there) or the car wash. Just completely disjointed and disconnected operation. I won't be back and do NOT recommend.
