We brought are SUV in for a wash. We asked about the waxing seen on the sign out front. It reads we know have waxing with managers special. We were told only under 87°. I don't understand, is it just me?

I’ve been going to Cruisers for years but my last time was a waste of time and money! My car looked worse leaving there than when I got there! Water spots all over my car! Lint from the towels they use all over my car ! I actually had to go buy a shamy and wipe my car down! This is not to bash the company but to hopefully make sure customers get the service they pay for! I tried to guide the worker by asking him to wipe off areas but as I started to look it was too much. I just tipped him any-ways bc I had the money out . Managers can have them retrained and get them better material like shamies to wipe the car off and maybe look over the car before they gel the customers it’s ready!

Took them over an hour and a half. Trust me I get it places are busy. But then when they call me over, my Matt's still have mud on them, a mint wrapper on the floor and crumbs in my cup holder. The guy did offer to wash the Matt's but I didn't have anymore time. For that long of a waite they should not have missed obvious things like that

I've been coming to Cruizers for years and I've never been disappointed, but that changed this visit. The blonde girl who detailed the car really didn't make an effort at all. She didn't towel dry the exterior or clean the interior of the car. She wiped the rims and partially wiped windex onto the windows. You can observe every other employee on the other cars and they're very detailed, meticulous, and cleaning it like they would their own vehicle.

My car hasn’t been this clean since I drove it off the lot! The employees go above and beyond and are so nice. This car wash is worth the drive from Spartanburg. Will definitely be back!
