Never go here !!! First, the man guiding us up to the tracks was on his cell phone the whole time giving us crazy hand signals left and right. Made us hit something twice. The guy on the passenger side pushed my electric mirror in on my BMW (it goes thru many washes like this, it's tiny enough the mirrors don't need to close) the other side remained out. 3 minute car wash 😆 🤣 😂 We swear it wasn't even 30 seconds. It pulled us thru so fast we looked at each other like what is happening. It didn't even rinse the soap off let alone any of the dirt. And no we're aren't stuck up snobby BMW owners, it's a 2004 that we got from a customer bc he didn't want to put more money into fixing it. The new car wash in Ozark is fabulous. Go there if you can.

Car wash stopped half way through, apparently something got stuck on my light bar and had to drive out, soap still all over my car. Light bar on top is now bent sideways. Stay away from here or you will be extremely disappointed and much more $$ down the drain than just the car wash price.

Avoid!! I went through there car wash only to have my windshield smashed out and my Jeep scratched up. Have yet to get any kind of compensation for the replacement windshield. Was never even offered the $18.00 back. Left with a smashed windshield, jeep covered in soap & scratches

$18 dollar wash and car is still dirty. Vacuums work great.

The machine damaged my car… it was flush with the side before I went in… Update: manager was super nice and touched base with me about getting this issue resolved.
