O snap looks like crystal clear RV and Boat has a Karen commenting on this business and its scheduling during a world wide pandemic... hah. You guy sound pretty stand up to me. And again.... shame on you belinda.... grow up

I contacted Gerald around 4/20/20 about detailing my 5th wheel camper. Through text messages, he was very informative and after sending him pictures of the unit, he gave me a reasonable quote for the job. I agreed to pay an extra $75 since he would have to travel outside of his service area. We set an appointment for 4/28/20. I sent a text early that morning stating that it was raining and we rescheduled for 5/2/20. On 5/2/20, He did not show up, nor did he contact me with an explanation or an attempt to reschedule. I sent a text two days later asking if I should find someone else to do the job and also received no reply. I really wanted to give a good review, but not keeping appointments is unprofessional.

I had Gerald detail my 2003 Ski Centurion Avalanche boat and trailer. To say he did an outstanding job would be a complete understatement. I thought my boat was clean before and just needed a spring cleaning. He made the thing look brand new! It is perfect. He is outstanding at his job and has texted and followed up promptly to every inquiry I had. I will definitely be using his services again and recommending him to anyone who needs a full, excellent detail on their vehicles. Gerald is an artist.

Dont waste your time. Unreliable. He offered me an appointment for Sat. 5/11. When i had not heard anything to confirm I contacted and was told sorry, they already had someone scheduled that day. So mad an appointment for the following day 5/12 in the morning. The did not bother to show up nor did they make an attempt to contact to let me know they were not coming. Morning wasted sitting and waiting. No response since then either. Very Unprofessional and Very Unreliable! IT WAS 80 Degrees on the 12th and CLEAR! It was in the 70s and CLEAR on the 11th as well. There is NO excuse for no contact when you have an appointment!

We called Gerald back in January 2017 and set up an appt for him to come and clean our 29ft travel trailer in March 2017. We purchased our TT back last Summer 2016 and wanted to start a regiment of having it treated and cleaned annually. We were excited based on the reviews we saw on Gerald's website. However we have been greatly disappointed. Gerald has cancelled 3 scheduled appts and has not shown up for 2 other scheduled appts. This last appt was scheduled for Saturday March 25th; he has not called us and it appears that he is avoiding our telephone calls. We do not understand his actions; we hope that he will make this RIGHT. At this point we consider his actions unprofessional, unreliable and undependable.
