Great great place to rent, Brittany was very accommodating and made the process easy as ever. We will be renting here again.

Same complaint here with the price. Raised rates from 230 to 360 a month. Normally you would get a 15 dollar increase. This is just gouging and I left immediately as I’m sure others did as well. You’re better off shopping around and looking for private residences who have property. You’ll be surprised how many are willing to rent out space for a much cheaper price.

I feel bad giving only 3 stars because we've always had a good experience, however we just received an email notification saying our monthly fee is going from 215/month to 340. I get that inflation is most likely affecting Crystal Lake just like all of us but a 60% hike seems excessive. Other than this, it's a good, safe place for boat storage.

Great boat storage facility, gated secured & dogs on premises 24 hours. Never had an issue with keeping my boat here! wash down hose available too. Would reccomend keeping your boat here and have a peace of mind! Nice staff & designated spots for your boat or RV

Moved my boat out of this lot a few months ago to a place closer to my home. However, I have to say these guys are genuine and the grounds are clean, secure and welcoming. Designated spots, no confusion or hassle.
