Love this whole experience the owner is what I consider a standard in customer service and sales. He was patient and understanding with all my questions and is well versed in his field on educating me on the process with no stone unturned. Would highly recommend. However, please understand that Quality takes time and they delivered Quality.

Great experience all around. Alan provided top-tier customer service, took the time to explain everything, answer all my questions, and made sure I left understanding my system completely. Now that everything is dialed in, my system sounds incredible. Super clean and exactly what I was hoping for. Highly recommend them, solid work and great people. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future audio upgrades.

I recently had an Alpine car stereo installed in my older 4Runner at Dark and Loud Car Stereo, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. I called and then stopped by. They do have a nice setup. They quoted me more than twice the amount I was told at 2 other shops on a simple install of two led pod offroad lights. I had everything needed, lights, wiring harness, and hardware. Got them installed at one of the other shops and they did a very profesional and clean job. So maybe shop around if you want a better deal.

I’m giving Dark and Loud a well-deserved 5 stars! Allen went above and beyond to hook me up. I had previously gotten a system from Audio Fanatics, but they oversold me on overpriced gear that wasn’t even as powerful as I wanted. When I asked them about upgrading, they told me I couldn’t fit anything bigger in the box they sold me. That’s when I went to Dark and Loud, and Allen made it happen! Not only did they make it work, but they made it look incredible. The attention to detail was top-notch, and this system absolutely bangs. They installed a DB 2000W RMS Amp, Audio Control Epicenter, two 12” DB Apocalypse 250s, and the Audio Control LC2, and the difference is unreal. But what really set Dark and Loud apart was their customer service and honesty. Allen let me come into the shop, check out different pieces of work, and actually see my system before I even paid for it. No pressure, no upselling—just straight-up passion for great sound. The pricing was way more reasonable than what I paid before, and I got exactly what I wanted this time.
