It's one thing to review a good or bad experience on workmanship, price, professionalism, and quality of their tint product/warranty, but it's entirely something else when the ONLY business in town refuses to give a tint quote over the phone. What a bad sign that is. I understand stripping old tint off would be a concern and time involved would be a variable, so I asked what he SHOULD know, how much time to install his new tint on 3 windows? He refused to answer that simple question, when 95% of the rest of the tint companies were eager to throw me a quote over the phone. "I got to see it" doesn't fly. He could have talked about the products he uses, how fast his turn around time is, or explain why he wants me to come in person, but he's not a businessman to know these are basic things you "sell" to a customer to earn their business. It's Palm Bay after all, look where he chose to live! I have 4 clean cars, and glass is glass. If he knew anything about cars, he'd understand this glass on this car is relatively flat, making it easy to apply. He doesn't know how to heat up areas to get wrinkles out? Maybe he should do flat glass on residential homes and give up working on ca

Great service and quality work, as usual. Ive had 4 vehicles tinted by Dark Side and have always been very happy with their quality service and materials. They had me in at 8am and my vehicle was ready at noon and looks amazing! Thank you again Dark Side Tinting.

​I visited Darkside Window Tinting because my dealership specifically recommended them as the third-party company they use for their own vehicles. Since I just bought a new 2026 SUV, my salesperson suggested that maybe mentioning the referral could lead to a discount; however, when I brought it up, the staff simply laughed at me and stated a discount only applied if paying in cash. Ok. So I paid in cash and left, but the "one and done" job turned into a frustrating, weeks-long ordeal. ​Despite following all curing instructions, I had to return three separate times at 8:00am to fix installation errors. Second week/trip: The significant bubbling on both front windows. When I returned, the staff blamed the vehicle's design rather than their own poor application. ​Third week/trip: After the first fix, I discovered severe wrinkles on the rear driver-side window, requiring yet another trip. ​To add, Communication: The shop is extremely difficult to reach by phone; I called multiple times over several days with no answer, forcing me to drive down in-person. I was recommended to Darkside tinting by another previous satisfied customer and they did an excellent job on my truck, taking me in on less than 24 hour notice and not leaving me waiting long for the turnaround. It’s close to downtown so you can go get a bite to eat after dropping off the car. I called around before coming here and pricing is right on par with the rest of the market. I don’t wanna go with the cheapest possible quote but somewhere right in the middle for good workmanship. Well done Darkside!

Lee has done a fantastic job! I have taken him no less than 7 of my vehicles (I lease). Always an excellent job. Prices reflect quality. No purple tinting no bubbles just perfection.
