Paint from another car's front bumper rubbed onto my car's driver and passenger doors. Using many of the recommended methods myself, the paint would not come off. Derby did it for me at a reasonable price and the car looks great. Thank you Zamir!

Very impressed by the work they provided. I took my truck to this location because they specialized in pet hair removal and the result is perfect. Price is high, but worth every penny in my opinion. Highly Recommend, will return.

Terrible experience, stay as far away as possible. I took my vehicle for a quick clean-up in/out. I had previously left my car here and there had been no issues whatsoever, but this time was different. Once I picked up the vehicle, everything seemed normal and I left. A few minutes into my drive, I noticed the chrome trim inside the vehicle was peeling away — perhaps they had used a heat gun or some sort of cleaning product. After I noticed, I went back to the wash and confronted the manager about it, asking if they had done anything of the sort. Immediately upon being confronted, he went on the defensive and denied everything, treated me like an idiot, and blamed "manufacturer issues" with the car. He started looking for dents on the vehicle and said the car had been in bad shape all along — an absolutely rehearsed speech. Save yourself from a bad time, avoid this place.

Decent prices inside of the parking garage in Gulfstream plaza. I had the derby wash for an SUV for about thirty five dollars. It’s clean but could be perfected as there were a lot of surfaces that were left uncleaned. I don’t mind it because I just want my car to be clean and dust free but it would bother other people.

Absolutely terrible experience two times in a row. I brought my car here on January 23rd for a wash, wax, and headlight restoration. When I got my car back, my headlights were heavily scratched up and damaged from their sanding. This was not minor and the damages are extremely visible, and I have before-and-after photos to prove it. The first photo is the before for the headlight restoration and the other ones are for after. I should’ve never gone back to this terrible car wash after this, but I decided to give them a second chance to see if they could at least do a basic wash properly. Huge mistake which I really regret. I came back a few hours later after they finished washing the car, and when I picked it up, there were all these white scratches and micro-scratches on the paint that were absolutely not there before. I just bought this car at the dealer a month ago and it had a completely brand new paint job and have been babying the car since I got it. I would've 100% noticed these scratches beforehand. When I talk to the owner Braselio about it, he immediately denied responsibility and claimed the scratches were already there. No real inspection, no accountability, just comp
